According to my experience i m introvert type in few groups and extrovert type in many groups where I speak a lot and people like to talk with me, if i don't speak they start asking why u r quite and the difference I feel is in which field i m good i have confidence but in which field i m weak i don't talk much, so it's all about being good in that field then only confidence comes, when u know u have something to discuss then only u will talk , that's the only thing.
I have been taking counseling sessions of juniors, since last few days and it has developed my communication skills a lot 🙂🙂

Here's my tips to gain confidence.
1- start to interact and socialize with people ,so that way you can train your mind & body .
2- make your voice a little bit louder
3- stop being sensitive and giving too much attention to other's opinion about you.
4- it will take some time , so give yourself a time .
5- consider this world a playground and just play along.
6- always learn from others for example slangs and interesting vocabulary etc
