You Must See ESKİ FOÇA, the lovely Seaside Town in Turkey | Walk in Turkey 2019

After Rain comes The Sun, these perfect words fits to this Video which I made in Eski Foça. Walking in Eski Foca (Old Foça) was one of my goals this Summer. This will be the first of the Eski Foça Videos.
So where is this Eski Foça exactly? The town is located on the Aegean Coast nearly 70 kilometers Northwest of Izmir. Eski means Old. Eski (Old) Foça is the old city. There is also a New Foça, which is the new town. But we are walking in Eski Foça, the V Shaped settlement around the old harbour. It is named after the ancient Phocaea, the ancient Ionian seafarers town, founded around 1,000 B.C. Foça became a popular Turkish summer resort town.
