Your Welcome is right. When I first started working night shifts years ago I encountered sleep paralysis few times due to sleep changing pattens. But once I had re-adjusted and got used to doing night shifts no such experiences since. I would still experience that till this day if it’s the act of supernatural, correct? That is a proven fact.
