I see in some clips there is a monster go out from the sea and there are a lot of of drop water surrounding this Monster. any video from you which can we do as same cloud but for drops water). Also I am looking for droplet from eyes which I cannot find any person explain this on UE.

Not much point in using vdbs in unreal engine as they don't cast shadows or receive them.
