When this show aired on Feb. 25, 1962, it drew a 49.5 share, reportedly the highest rated special on CBS up to that time, except, perhaps, for CBS's then-annual telecasts of M-G-M's "The Wizard of Oz", which also starred Judy Garland, and which also scored phenomenal ratings during the 1960's. It was one of the few shows to beat Bonanza (1959) in the ratings.

Judy was such a generous performer! Look at the way she shared the stage with Sinatra and Dean. Judy was an amazing talent and could have gotten anyone to work with her. She was full of love and gets love in return. She set the high mark for us all.

Judy❤, a godess,, one of the alltime best singer. Such a Lady, so tiny, so vulnerable, so often hurted from a men dominated business, died so much to early, what a voice, unforgetable. She also always was great actress, so talented in all what she did.

This was originally broadcast in black & white. I don't know who did the colorization. The color VHS Tape that I had was acquired from a yard sale and was put out by AVON.🌈

So, so sad for all that she would dead in seven years but ... she was 47 when she died & first appeared on stage to a paying audience when she was 2 ... 45 years of performing so she may just have worn out.
