Great video! I just picked one of these up. I actually have used this on a few New Era snapbacks to get a more comfortable fit. It seems dumb, but stretching a snap back so I can wear it on 4 buttons instead of the last 2 has been amazing. Big dome gang here. 🤙

Did a search for a hat stretcher and a few how-to videos loaded as well, and your video was one of them. So, I clicked on it and really glad that I did. After watching I bought the items you suggested on Amazon. I have a 7 3/4 fitted size, and I almost always order my ball caps online. Some fit perfect when I get them, and others are tight like the rubber bands and watermelon you were talking about. The problem is I tried going to the next size up, but every hat is to lose then. A couple hats have stretched from wearing them over time, and the others are still tight. Just got another hat today and its pretty tight. So, when the stuff from Amazon arrives I'm going to watch your video again and square all my hats away. Thank you for posting this, and for really hitting the do's and don'ts details.

Follow up to my comment two weeks ago.
I received the hat stretcher and steamer from Amazon. After watching your video again, I got to it.
I have to say that every once of your video and all the tips and do’s & do nots you take the time to explain and mention are perfectly spot on. From the fact that you’ll get better the more you do, to leaving just a bit of the wood out to put the stretch mainly on the hat ban, to how to tell its tight enough, and not over steaming.
I’ve watched other videos on this subject, and I swear your video is absolutely the best. I basically wasted my time checking out other videos.
This video is a ten out of ten, and works perfect! Thank you for posting, and thank you for the suggestions on what to buy on Amazon. It’s too bad that you don’t get credit or compensation for that since it was your advice that caused me to buy the items.
