He’s probably one of the few MCU characters who looked truly athletic and physically capable. Pretty cool to see that he allows himself to enjoy tastier foods, too
One way to save money and still hit protein goals is to include plant-based protein. Lentils, beans, tofu, tempeh, peas, pasta, and more are all quite cheap and count towards your protein goals. If you’re ONLY counting meat and whey protein as a protein source, then you’re going to be spending a lot more money than is needed.
@@joeyq9953Great tip! I've been eating plant based for 8 years now. One reason was the high cost of animal protein. To my surprise l was able to put on some muscle over the years more so than when l was consuming animal protein sources. I also found l have more energy, no soreness and quicker recovery times. Lentils and lupini beans are my #1 sources of protein followed by tofu products. It's been much easier on my wallet eating this way.
That underwater thing is so f**king relatable dude. And not just for divers, I used to do competitive swimming in my early days, as compared to resistant training now, the hunger then was pure gluttony.
Proper diet and sufficient exercise in balance with a busy work and life schedule is difficult. It's rewards are definitely measureabke. I think it is easier to maintain good health and diet than "letting yourself go" for several months, then working harder to get back into shape and clean up your eating habits.
would imagine you would have done a "gym and fridge" with the rock by now but, can do you more with wrestlers? perfect time to do cody rhodes because he can show off the belt or MJF because he had an impressive body change within the last year
I noticed a lot of people who eat healthy tend to comment "I try not to eat much red meat" is it a common thing or they're all just saying it just to put a check that they are a clean eater ??
@@bestfoodreviews2770the evidence is mostly survey based so its not that easy. most people eat red meat in processed forms like a burger etc which contains other unhealthy things which is why survey based studies are to be taken with a pinch of salt
Processed meat is a type 1 carcinogen (definitely causing) and red meat is a type 2a carcinogen (meaning it likely causes cancer), so yeah it is important to limit red meat intake. There are many other sources of protein out there, meat and vegatable alike that are healthier sources.
Who should have been? There are a lot of better (and better looking) Chinese actors than him but probably most of them can’t speak English well enough for the role.

wat.. all of them do. its easier to name athletic ones than not.
I think the hardest part of gaining muscle is eating. It takes much more time, it costs more.

Especially when you put on mass
as a gym rat, i find it so challenging to get my protein intake in, for the day.
It’s the boredom of eating the same thing that really gets you. Grilled chicken after a while gets so hard to eat.

Natty actors always give the best advice.
Haha YES!
Rice with every meal! Half Korean here, I completely feel this sentiment.
Korean bbq is heaven!!!
My man mentioned double double, animal fries, vanilla shake but with diet coke. You cant be more Asian than that. 😆
That sounds great and normal to me, and I'm not Asian
Why did this get 18 likes?
What does that have to do with being Asian? Every time there’s a video about an Asian there’s always a comment like yours
I want to see Paul Rudd workout routine ‼️

Bruh im Samoan but we have Asian ancestors. I thought I was the only person who makes rice with everything😭🤣
He’s earned my respect for mentioning Jollibee chicken TWICE 🙌🏼 😂
It must be an Asian favorite.

Red Meat is a carcinogen... 🙏🏾
Red meat is good for you though
Too much red meat isn't healthy tbh
it raises your risk of cardiovascular diseases and some cancers. it's a very good thing to limit it as much as possible

Dam they did my boy dirty with that thumb nail
A photo of him smiling.......?
Why?
Umm… what’s wrong with him smiling? He looks happy. Is that bad?
he could play a young xi jinping.
Asain and the rice 😅
I eat everything, but NOT too much of anything.
Shang Chi was pretty good. Not even gonna lie

This video: Korean BBQ
Eat Like or Eat Llke
👍👍
Jollibee fried chicken is something else 🔥🔥🔥
Is it strange I feel smarter listening to asian people talk... it just sort of calms me down lol
노무현
🥱
show us more vegan actors
Why do people care about what he eats? He’s not in top shape 🤔
But he is healthy 😊
Reason is Yeah he doesn’t take steroids like some of these top shape people you see shilling useless supplements
The fact he said limiting red meat… I lost my respect to him 😂😂 red meats healthy
Everyone is still brainwashed brotha lol couple of bad janky studies and ppl been running with it ever since
Right!! 🤦🏻♂️ and delicious!
He didn't say he never eats it, just limits it. Nothing wrong with that. We shouldn't be eating too much fatty meats anyway.

Ludi Lin‘s nutrition was way better the actor from Mortal Kombat.
Simu‘s nutrition is horrible
his body is not special
This guy SHOULDN’T have been Shang Chi.
Who should have been? There are a lot of better (and better looking) Chinese actors than him but probably most of them can’t speak English well enough for the role.
@@joedi6585 OMG.. - PLENTY CAN, friend.
he's annoying
???
why limit red meat? Red meat is great for you, contrary to popular beliefs.
Bruh i dont have money like simu... May be u guys can show how to eat like an average body builder who has a family and does corporate jobs??
His diet wasn't that expensive. He mainly listed proteins, rice, ingredients to make an avocado toast and smoothie.
That's Asian...that's Chinese... We eat whatever mama cooks ...
Shoutout Bart kwan
It's sooo coool to see Bart in this🥰
Thats so badass you get to train with bart ❤
I love rice so good and healthy 🥣😋
