@@anildahiphale9705 It usually needs a deeksha from a guru for chanting, as this contains beeja mantras. It is better to listen and meditate on this. As far as phala shruti is concerned, the mantra itself is a strong prayer for health and success. Sudarshana is the ultimate light that shows the path to attain the ultimate.
