Thank you for this video! I have a chanel bag that has not been re dyed since it is in great condition, however I am interested in knowing what I can put on it to weather proof it, make it water repellent and protect it from color transfer. Can you recommend a product? It is lambskin. I have a Chanel in black and one in light beige. Thank you
Saphir super Invulner is a great waterproof for high quality leathers. How ever the light colors you still want to be careful with even with any water or stain repellent as some colors can rub off from cloths
@@CobblersPlus thank you for your fast reply! I so appreciate it! 🥰 I will look up the product. Good to know I may still get color transfer even when using product on light color bags. I was thinking it would shield the bag so if color transfer did get on the bag, I could easily wipe it off with a light cleaner. Thank you for the clairification! 😍
Hi, thank you so much for sharing! I am thinking about dying my white leather jacket black and bought your fiebings leather dye and Saphir Juvecuir... do think a finishing coat is necessary for a leather jacket or is your process here more than enough? I really want a buttery finish, not too shiny.. I saw angelus satin finish but I I bought tarrago paint as i saw other people doing it as a finishing coat but I fear it will take all of the "depth" out of the leather, stick and flake... Thank you so much for your answer :)
I would test it out in a few spots if possible. Jackets are softer so different finishes will act differently as you wear it. I would personally try going for a finish coat on it but again that depends on the original leathers finish
You all probably dont give a damn but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my account password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Emilio Alfonso I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and Im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hi, may I know the names of the products? I am planning to dye a leather bag, it’s really nice and I just got it I accidentally sprayed it with alcohol and there are splash of grey now. Thank you
Woop woop!! You just saved me $$$. Thank you kindly for walking us patiently through each step. 😊👍🏼👍🏼

It will definitely help decrease the chance of the color transfer but can still happen
@@CobblersPlus good to know! I am going to purchase it! Thank you for the information! 😍♥️👍🏻😀
Can this be done with patent leather?

Thanks so much, you really help me out!
@Julian Armani you are welcome xD
Can this same process be used on exotic leathers like ostrich, caiman etc?
can acetone be used instead of the angelus deglazer?
