Looks like a great bag. Love what ethix is doing in the accessories department.
Thanks for the video. The Ethix is a very cool bag. However, for the 99% of the time I am walking a 100 yards or less from my truck to the flying sight, I find sports and tool related boxes to be great. For example, in one box I can carry five to seven quads, my Taranis TX, some tools, props, and hat. I keep the quads in separate gallon storage bags you get from the grocery store marked with the kind of battery best for the quad and spare parts.. The closed box also gives me a little “table” to use out in the field. The box is under $25.
It does look to be a nice bag, but I don’t think it beats the Lowepro quadguard at less than half the price, just my own thought. The problem for me with all these bags is you need to take all your quads off the bag to turn it over to access the main center compartments. My idea is to have a separate piece where all your quads are attached that then attaches to the bag via four earth magnets, or even velcro, so your can take that entire plate off quickly, with all your quads attached to it, and then access the main center compartments much easier!

Great review, looks like a quality backpack. I do have the Ethix lipo bag, I like the green on black. Just got the Lowepro QuadGuard for $60. Gave my Uruav backpack to my son in law. Happy flying

I usually like Ethix stuff but what’s the point of paying $150 for a backpack and still having to have separate cases to protect your gear? To me this is just a regular backpack with some straps a the outside. I’m gonna stick with my Torvol. Thanks for the review.
Yea that’s what I was thinking too. It looks like a nice backpack Atleast. I might get a hiking day pack from decathlon that unzips the same as this one and sew some straps to the outside myself and it’s only $60

Since I normally just use a old backpack, but i have to really pack light. Once I heard about this project though o was sold. Ethix is always making stuff for the pilot. And it’s always priced amazing!
Hey mate, with this backpack how would i go fitting a pair of dji goggles with the ethix transmitter bag and lipo bag, would it be a tight squeeze?

I’m not quite into the bag of bags concept. To me, any backpack that has semi rigid shells on the outside, lots of good partitions and fabric skin on the inside which allow any partition layout you want is the perfect backpack. Oh yeah, soft and last long shoulder support too. By the way, Ethix battery warming bag is cool.
