Bose Disconnect - Revolve Speaker Fail, Even After Reset

- I can no longer get my Revolve+ speaker to play music from my iPhone. I even fully reset the speaker and rebooted the iPhone. I am at a complete loss as to how to get this speaker to work.
Press the middle button until all lights start flashing
Disconnect the device u r using then reconnect

this worked me...the method above didnt, but it says random shit like press and hold multi function button select english ....seems like a lot of people having problems with this speaker wonder if there is a warranty bought this last november

I was having the same problem everyone was complaining about and have tried all recommend solutions with no success.
Here’s my solution that PROBABLY will work for you. Try to FORCE START your Bose Soundlink Revolve by using a 3.5 phone jack
Connector to the back of the soundlink and the other end to your device (iphone, android etc). Play music by pressing the button just above the plus (+) sign until you hear a sound, turn up the volume. Now disconnect the Phone jack and start pairing your device to the Soundlink, it should pair and you can start listening to all your favorite music from your device instantly and wirelessly.

@@dayanaraicaranom2190mine wasn’t working because it was overcharged. Sometimes, if you just leave it for a couple days then turn it on, it will work. You can always contact their customer support if you need though

I paid over £300 for my revolve but it keeps disconnecting. Bag of shite, watse of f**kin' money I'm about to throw it through the window.

Mine keeps turning off after 10 min, need to connect the charger to turn it on. Expensive garbage is wat it is.
Make sure the AUX Audio button is on. Some how it was turned off

Biggest mistake I made was choosing this speaker over a JBL or Sonos Bluetooth speaker...DO NOT BUY

I have a bosesoundlink revolve and its about 2 years old. The sound is interrupted by static. Its minor but constant. I've moved it from power strips to wall socket and ran it on battery only....static continues. The warranty was. up in 2019. I could not find anything on UTube. Would love a response if this happed to you too and how your resolved. thx.

Just press arrow button inside a circle until it say usb mode and then press back to bluetooth mode again and it works for me...hope it work on yours too..

What I did was connect my USB cable to both speaker and computer and it worked with the cable and after removing the cable. hope that helps cause I was having the same problem

I have a problem with a different speaker it connects normaly and plays but when you put the volume at max it disconnects it does this everytime what do i do?

All you do is press down the power button and play/pause button untill the lights flash
Reset the speaker, connect it with a cable to the iphone, start playing music, and problem solved.

Please help. I turned my Bose revolve soundlink plus on. The bluetooth blue light comes on. Tried to reset it as no sound. Pressed for 10 sec or even more. Nothing happens. It does not reset itself. Please help.

so guys i did encounter this problem so what i did was forgetting the bose from my phones device list and then tried to reconnect and it worked for me !, hope it works for you too

I had this problem on my PC (win 10) and found the answer was to go to control panel > Hardware and sound > devices and printers, and change the default speakers to my bose speakers. Hope this helps someone.

Seems to work when it wants to.
I have a 20 dollar unit that connects better than this Bose unit. When I get it to work is sounds great but it can really be a hassle when you want to play something and it won't connect.

Dude you don't need to reset it to get connected 😂 , all you need to do is to click your device from Bluetooth again so it refresh by it self and you will see the magic

I have not found any solution to this problem. The only way to use these speakers is with a 3.5mm cable plugged into the AUX jack on the back. This problem does not go away.
i had the same problem today, then i used the bosse app in my cell, and i did update the info and information, it took like 20 mins, its like a speaker reset.. and then it worked again.. but focus on the bosse app...

SOLUTION: I had this exact same problem (I bought a new one, couldn't get it to connect, returned it, ordered another one and had the same problem again). Here's how I got mine to work on my Macbook Pro 2015 running Catalina 10.15.15:
1. Connect to Bluetooth like any other device
2. If you get the same problem where it shows it is connected but still plays through the computer speakers, go to Open Sound Preferences (Bluetooth icon -> Bose Revolve Soundlink -> Open Sound Preferences
3. Click the Output tab and select Bose Revolve Soundlink
This fixed the problem. My unit has not dropped connection and plays beautifully. Hope this helps.
