As an American living in the green part of Northern California, it is something to see delicate and beautiful music being created in such a stark landscape. To me, it shows, no matter how dreary things may be, beauty is always avialible if you stop, listen and let it be.
Jack Sprat in truth, that part of the world and the desert may seem “dreary” and “stark” at a distance/first glance but closer up one quickly feels and sees that it too is teaming with life and beauty; albeit one must reorient and retrain one’s eye and heart to pick up on it, when/if they are used to greener landscapes.
Love, love, love this piece! I listen to it when I am upset, sad, or mostly when I need some inner peace. I don't know why but it reminds me of a forgotten, unsolicited, or unfulfilled love of someone. It's probably a little but I believe that this music is an expression of pain and longing for a person, disappeared from one's life!

This world would have been heaven where peace would be the oxygen if there were enough of people like you to fill the space with such music. It touched me intensely. I went in trance. And my dry mind got the shower just like the dry scenery had the soft background sound of a waterfall and music was the source of it which quenched the thirst.

I never get enough, it speaks truth to my soul and sooth it with peaceful callings through the desert of ourselves and the emptiness between our lights, she was there, hovering over the altar, singing something unknown to me yet sounding quite familiar and suddenly, behind her, 7 pillars of light emerged up and through them was passing all kinds of lights at angles, the view was out of this world... - Excerpt from the dreams of a shadow...
