I stayed there and the location & staff are good but I’ve nvr had a hotel room with zero shelves/dresser/storage for clothes. Only had 4 hangers in the tiny closet. 2 ppl w/med suitcases & nowhere to unpack clothes. It was crazy. However, the local feel to this area rather than touristy is wonderful.

Agreed, the hotels in Europe tend to be like this, annoying with suitcases.
We loved this location so much, we’ve been to Paris 3 times and it was our favourite location to stay.

Do you happen to know if those small shops, like Damyel or the bakery shop accept American Express? I know the large places in Paris do, but I'm not sure about the independent shops.
