If I remember correctly, Moses was shown a pattern of a Temple / Tabernacle (a.k.a Sanctuary) ...up in the Mount Sinai. Surely, there must be a spiritual significance to all 7 yearly holidays in the OT economy.

Are there Kosher cheeses? I thought cheese was made with Rennin, extracted from cow stomachs? Can you do that without mixing milk and meat?

Too bad the ad isn't done by an Israeli who actually observes Shavuot, not just consumes cheesecake.
