    Thank you my grandmother always laid hers out on a sheet for a couple of days. I'd never seen them made that way. Very smart.

    I just started selling greasy beans at our farmers market this year. Every one tells me this is the way to go. By the way your stringing lesson may seem silly and simple to some but if you ever take a bite of beans that taste like a hair brush we can send em here. Thanks for your videos -

    I don't like any kind of beans that were boiled for canning. That process causes much of the flavor to be cooked out of them. This looks like a much better way to preserve them.
