We have to figure out how to keep our coaches and players. We have to pay coaches and improve facilities. As supporters, alumni and a community we must do better. Everyone has so much to say but Where's the support ($$$).

Alcorn and FAMU fumbled the bag with they coaches but his supposes to be 550,000.+just to be a RB coach that’s a hard I don’t blame him if he takes it

Coach SImmons is already in Durham, North Carolina. In order for a young coach with Simmons' potential to elevate into the higher heights within PWI, ssid Coache's record regarding compliance and managing players off of the field has to be without reproach.
I think the behavior and compliance issues at FAMU create a risk that's not worth the reward for Coach Simmons.
When I reflect upon a player getting ejected for spitting on the opposing player, it tells me that discipline is a problem in the program. And then the FAMU player hits the Howard player, who had his back turned, kneeling to down the ball. The FAMU Player laughed about when he went to the bench.
FAMU's off the field historical record is too risky for Coach Simmons.
