How to draw and color a RAINBOW TUMBLR GIRL

My Rainbow Girl! This time I show you how to draw and paint a tumblr girl with all the colors of the rainbow. In the end, as she is already a custom, I have added glitter in the form of colored stars and I have put lights on it using our white liquid corrector; and I have put silver glitter on her dress.
