It appears that many attempts may have been made, hence the reaction of the maintenance guy with the keys, upon seeing Tae at the apartment...again. It also seems that "Rainy Days" is what happens when Tae got the dog from the ex....which means "Blue" happened first...(Remember, the rule of thumb is that whenever a video is shot is black and white, it symbolizes a "memory" or something that happened in the past).
