Ki Ju as always a great tutorial, I understand you do a lot in one week with the performances, tutorial, filming editing, and searching for another dance plus teaching classes. You know one day you will have to let go and let one of the new student teachers have a go at compleating a tutorial you cannot be in every video and tutorial. As covid dies down classes will grow and you won't be able to do it all. You have more resources than you think in your team, the BBC lady that has a very good command of the English language and many others in your team with many other skills ahead of any other channel. I think what Mike says is correct in many ways you started with nothing but a dream that's coming into fruition. I am guessing you are good in time management doing this business and also having kids cannot be easy. That's why I think you should involve your team more and you need to let go in some ways. If you trust in your team they will find a way to succeed as they respect you a lot.
