The entire server should be lucky that Solaris doesn’t erase every ROBLOX server from existence, considering it exists in every time period, meaning that it can still exist at any point even if someone deletes it.
I don't think dark sonic fits as a mastery because when sonic turned dark sonic he had not much control over himself, I wouldn't think of that as a mastery. instead we should have gotten super sonic 2 as a mastery because sonics showing true control over the chaos emeralds. and it doesn't take a surprise attack to knock the emeralds out of him. even when he was unconscious he still held the power of super sonic 2. that shows true mastery over the form. we also don't have much information about what dark sonic can do.
Tbh I don't think it needs to fit. In my eyes masteries in battlegrounds games is just word devs use to add new versions of characters but with some type of requirement. If they wanted to they could jsut change the mastery name for something else. Besides super sonic 2 isn't as interesting as dark sonic.

In my opinion the combat rework is not all that good because it took out what made the game different from other battleground games and there's barely combos i can make to fight people but besides that dark sonic is op due to how he use his move while being hit and the 3rd move does crazy damage so honestly the reworks and mastery is good but they still didn't fix the bugs and glitches in the game 😑
The combat rework is WAY better than the previous combat, you just need to get used to it. All of the old bugs n glitches have been fixed, but Denzee didnt fix all of the new bugs that came with this update. Though i do agree that taking air combat made the game less different from other battleground games. Also even if Dark Sonic is supposed to be a reward, i do also agree hes a little TOO overpowered. (you could defeat the raid boss if you dont get stuck in its infinite combo)
There is no way I can say this without being too mean. But, git gud. There a lot of combos you can do for each and every character without air combos, I cooked as sonic for the 120 kills I needed to get, with a consistent combo that worked (Curious, it’s M1s, + 1, + M1s, + 4, + Side dash, + M1s, 3 or 2 interchangeably.) And with other characters it also worked, you just need to git gud, basically.
@Destoroyahpng i mean the majority of a player cast now doesn't really have good combo potential and combos that are actually fun to use, its still playable, but not that much true combos to use i mean by true combo, the dummy's stun indicator remains red, not green again in middle of the combo, and the moves that make you roll knockback without getting ragdoll, the stun indicator goes green in middle of the roll(idk if it works on players tested on dummies) and trust me im not a noob in battlegrounds games i get your point tho
The only issue I have with the game now, is teamers. Though that’s not anything new now is it? The reason why most people might complain about mastery is due to teamers preventing people from getting it. They’ve more abundant than ever and I can’t avoid them by server hopping, at the rate the game is going almost every lobby will be filled with teamers in groups of 5-6 players.
Yeah i wish they would figure out something to fix the teamer problem. The only way i got Dark Sonic was by stealing kills. (I did not like doing that.)
