Hello ! Nice Video , However , The type of guitar with a pick up system is known as an electro-acoustic guitar (not semi acoustic). A semi acoustic guitar is an entirely different type of guitar (usually associated with a hollow body electric guitar).

Yeh Sab same quality hi hai..just keep in mind yeh guitars beginning ke liye achche hai..zyaada durable nahi hote..toh start aap ispe kar sakte ho and then buy a good guitar and agar achcha Guitar lena hai toh check ibanez md39c it’s really good.
Aur zabel juarez and intern ki quality same hi hai..sirf zabel mein truss rod hai but woh ₹1000 extra for truss rod..not worth..toh aap juarez ya intern mein se choose karlo..both are equally good for the price

Thank you for a most insightful and useful explanation. I am a beginner and mainly play at home for myself. I have a 3C classical guitar Alhambra. I am NOT inclined towards classical, just that I wanted to play finger style. Now that you have pretty much convinced me NOT to buy semi acoustic, wondering if you would please recommend me a accessory to amplify the sound without distorting it, may be a sort of mic? sorry I am a technical novice! can i put effects on my semi acoustic guitar? will i be able to play all that psychedelic rock, grunge stuff on my semi acoustic guitar? not for live playing purpose but just to jam by myself and play around w cool effects like fuzz, wah and all!!! and one more question.. how do ppl put effects on their guitar without pedals? I've seen ppl using vst and stuff, explain me that procedure too and equipments needed. ty! xx❤️

hello. hope your doing fine. if you havent already made your mind yet. what you need is a semi acoustic guitar. because if your likely to perform in gatherings there is a chance that you may end up needing an amplifier or proper sound system to play . semi acoustic in this instance would make it easier for you to play with a more amplified sound without backnoise of the things happening around you cuz your alternative would be to use a mike infront of your acoustic guitar and the problem with that is it amplifies the other sounds besides the guitar as well and you end up playing in a mess of various sounds.

@@ayeshasiddiqua22 an semi acoustic guitar is the one which has an equilizer attached on the side . which allows the user to plug it directly into a sound system and play it without the back ground noise in your surrondings. its more suitable for using if you tend to play alot more for crowds and gatherings

@@ayeshasiddiqua22 youre welcome. and im from pakistan . also guitar kinda depends on what you have available and what your budget is. if your talking from a fairly qualitative point of view. just dont buy an expensive one like yamaha right off the bat. even though thats actually a great guitar. its a lil too expensive for beginner. in the end just make sure it has a decent built and is well tuned. thats all you need to begin with

Yeah, you can play it. The sound depends upon the depth of the guitar, if you ask me. But again, I'm not a guitar player, that's just my observation. Haha

Sir, while playing semi acoustic guitar normally (without connecting amplifier) is there any differences in sound quality between the two types ? Do full acoustic being made in orignal conventional style sounds warmer than semi acoustic?
There is nothing as such..they will sound the same

Yet another excellent video. Even on stage, semi-acoustic makes sense if the style of playing involves lot of motion and theatrics. For quality acoustic sound reproduction even on stage, the conventional twin-mic'd combination covering the high-end & low-end frequency range using good quality dynamic mics might be lot better. For semi-acoustic only the decent pickups are the ones that have high-quality under-saddle pickup and an internal mic with blend feature. The pure low/mid-range piezeo pickups sound pretty muddy.

Sir does Fishman pickup make a difference? I mean I want to buy kepma d1ce as it looks much better than saga sf600ce and provides more out of the box items but saga has a Fishman pickup while kepma has a kepma preamp. What do you think, Sir?
