I also found three levers next to each other in the Beta Games lobby. You just have to walk back past the portal and take a right once you're out the gate, then another right.
So i've been on this hunt for a bit also and I have come to the conclusion that there are 12 levers in the Battle Arena Lobby. There has been a Reddit post years ago stating there was a "secret room" but no one knows.
@@RealEclipsed Directly under where you spawn, there is a room with a couple of blue torches and a tunnel up to where the portal to main lobby is with a vine in it. Dunno how you get to it though
