They shut the water off by the valves and let that section of pipe drain out then a pipe crew will come out and fix it. That's what I do for a living put water,sewer and storm drain in the ground for residential and commercial we "Lay the pipe" and im dam good at it too😂😂😂😂
John what the problem is that none of our drainers get cleaned out until there is a major rain event. That goes for all of California especially the major cities. I’m here in Fresno and that much water for a big rain event is normal it’s sad. Great video as always bro.

Curious why you don't have the front fender on , wouldn't that help getting swamp in your face. I noticed on the other bike build of your buddies no fender there too. There are water shut valves they can use to control the water. The amount of trash is unbelievable, place is a toilet.
I'm in NY lived here my whole life seen a million hydrants broke but all of them I ever seen was shooting out the side....never seen water shooting straight up like that. If that happen around here every kid would be having a field day 😂 water park in the hoood
