2016-2017 R8 is and will always be the best of them all, no soft limiter, no OPF, no BS!! just pure orchestra that comes out with no limites from the exhaust ❤❤

You have tuners offering all sorts of mods for Aventador (S/SV/SVJ) , F8, SF90, wchich is at least twice the price if not three with full options... Cash has nothing to do in this equation, besides, why would there be also multiple options to pick for MB E/S63(S), which is also very close in price with full options, but is a much much more complicated platform to tune

They are tuning this. This is the single best platform you can buy if you don’t want to do a full rotating assembly and head swap. Better than a GTR, better than a Supra, better than a Coyote. These have made ~1500whp on a completely sealed engine, just boost & fuel mods.
In terms of looks, I like the current one but in terms of acceleration I prefer the pre-facelift one because of its shorter gear ratios and from what I’ve seen, better acceleration

Like, would it rev to a similar RPM because the cylinders would be the same size but the crankshaft and flywheel would have to be heavier? Would it sound the same, or better? If an I5 sounds like a baby V10, would a V10 sound like a baby W20 lmao? Edit: Obviously I4s don't sound like baby V8s, and V8s don't really sound like W16s. And to confuse things further, I3 engines do tend to sound like straight-sixes but neither sound like V12s. So it would be interesting if nothing else. Anyone with enough money and lack of common sense to try this? I sure as hell can't
Thats complicated, it depends on many aspects. Firing order, flat plane crank, equal lenght headers, etc, etc. Firing order is the reason why V8 from Ferrari sounds completly different than any other typical V8. But non-flat plane V8 can sound like Ferrari when you use 180 degress headers. Flat plane V8 works as 2x inline 4 engines, non flatplane does not work so. My advice: take a look at videos with older airplane engines - many different configurations, many cylinders.

Depends on the driver some have gotten 2.4/2.5 secs to 0-60 in the 2016 to 2018 R8s which the Porsche turbo S also does around those numbers to 0-60mph or 0-100kph who wins when drag racing those two cars truly depends on the individual set up and driver otherwise those car’s performance wise are neck and neck that’s saying something about audi considering they are running the R8 naturally aspirated!!😭❤️

Don't know.. but did you say inline 6 can't sound like a baby 12 cylinder? That's not true.
Even the S54 (E46 M3 engine) can sound like a baby V12 /Flat 12 in the right set up with the right exhaust system.
