At first you think... Crap live sound engineer what an amateur....... Be patient........ as 1st track vocal too low and acoustic guitar almost silent bass guitar way too loud, drums muffled, 2nd track engineer still hasn't turned up her vocal at start of it......... improves a bit by about 6 minutes on vocal level.... keeps getting better and better... proper KT Tunstall rocks it and has 'em eating out of the palm of her hand... thank you for this ♥
Think of it this way - its an advanced bootleg, shot with 3 (?) pretty good cameras by a local community TV station. It sounds like they were only using the mics on the cameras in the audience as opposed to plugging into the mixing board where they would have some more control over the audio. And, its a pretty energetic show by, and beats a shaky cell camera video by miles :) And KT rocks, so there you go!
She has so much potential. It's not that she's been unsuccessful-she's well known in western Europe. If she's to crack wide open globally, she's running out of time. I would love to see her with uptempo selections with catchy tunes. Her Dylan covers are very good. Not every singing star has relied on their own material. Plus! She's cute (but please don't ever wear the Tin-Man pants again. ;
