I have lived in two homes that were haunted. The first one was a duplex built at the turn of the Century (1900). My MIL lived downstairs and my family lived upstairs. There were two spirits in the upstairs unit, a man and a woman. My daughter and I actually heard the woman humming a tune one day. No, there were no tvs or radios on and neither was it coming from outside. We would also hear a man walking around. The first time I heard it, I thought that it was my husband because he wears cowboy boots and it sounded like him when he walked. My daughter had her own experiences at night time. She was epeliptic and she would sometimes hear a man and women softly whispering near her and caressing her forehead like I did when she would start having seizures. Our second house was built in the 1880s. We had 2 pairs of guardian spirits (2 African-American couples). We never felt threatened or anything from these guardians. Before we started working on the house (a combination of restoration and renovation) I spoke out lound what our intentions were for the house which was to restore it close to how it looked when they were on the physical plane and if they would please not bother the contractors. The contractors were able to finish up within a year.
You are so correct...especially in creepy and/or dull colors. The reason no one wants to live in some of these places is because of their dreariness. You do not need any ghosts to make many of these places "unlivable."
live in melb aus, had to look up that black house here only $250k you say...... sold in 1978 AUD$30k, 2018 for AUD$1.5M and finally sold in 2021 with the black upgrade for AUD$2.5M. at no point has it ever been $250k or on the market since 2021. even checked to see if its an exchange rate issue, nope, doesnt match up for aud to usd/cd/gbp or any other combo I like what you're trying to do but can you check your references, and make sure you are portraying some form of accuracy please
I may not have a problem with a ghost, but to heat such a place, keep it clean, keep it up, and what not... wow, you need a lot more money then just what it costs to buy that.
I actually went to the Witch House in MA, pretty neat. The Carson Mansion IS a mansion, but, most of these homes aren't mansions at all. My favorite is Snow White's Cottage.
hi Kyle nice video I don't think I would ever live in those 👻 homes I would never be able to sleep I would be up all night and day they are beautiful hope you were safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 making this video you do a great job on your videos hope to see more videos ❤ you thanks for sharing
12:50 the outside of the building is very beautiful the woodworking, gingerbread the wood details, beautiful black color, the inside modern is sad, the half wall and ugly countertop. Isn’t it?
Grand old houses look nice but living in one is a different story. I lived in a house built before the civil war. Long dark hallways, empty rooms, sudden cold drafts. Relationship of 6 years broke up and pets died without explanation. 😮
11:01 the Queen Anne 1865 what about haunting, it’s obviously suspicious that it’s vacant. Anybody know about this blood red pool place, what kind of haunting it was having?
agreed with the previous comment.. If i could afford any of them, I totally would.. but sadly, I am not as lucky as "everyone" that could afford any of these. :(
My guess is nobody wants to be haunted at home. To what we know, people are afraid of ghosts. So, these places are not going to sell well around people who don't like ghosts.
I feel like this went from nice homes that r cheap bcuz they're haunted to sum kind of showy video about gothic mansions u wish u could own like a big commercial selling out why these houses are so great lol I'm a bit confused about where the main idea changed completely

Saying evryone can afford them is a stretch lol
Right!!!! 😂
It’s true oh it’s true.
You got that right
Indeed.
Yep that alone has convinced me to block this channel.
I hate when they take older or historic homes and do the interiors contemporary

I agree, if the owners wanted a modern house, they should've brought one instead of wrecking a historical house.
Restore don't modernize.❤

Ah yes because we all have $300,000 laying around
What you don't? Why mine is right next to my Pony who's being fed by my dad, who totally came back home after getting Milk.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very inexpensive for a house today
Wait til you get to the easily affordable 1.6 million one
That’s what I said too🫤 yikes- I’m so glad we all have 300,000 for a haunted house, is that ghost fees too!
I ain't afraid un no ghost. But to call these affordable for everyone is laughable.
After a little research, sadly the Bradley Smith mansion was demolished due to safety issues, in September of 2023.
I may not have a problem with a ghost, but to heat such a place, keep it clean, keep it up, and what not... wow, you need a lot more money then just what it costs to buy that.
I love staying and ghost Hunting in many houses like these. But breaks my heart when they get demolished.
I actually went to the Witch House in MA, pretty neat. The Carson Mansion IS a mansion, but, most of these homes aren't mansions at all. My favorite is Snow White's Cottage.
Not to mention the pool is also in the shape of a headstone.

Home’s are very beautiful but I’ll pass on them & their ghost’s! Awesome video bro! 👍👍❤️✊🤘
If I had the cash I'd buy it , all you do is help the ghost to cross over 😊
Until you experienced few of them like me 😂😂
300k ? that's not something evryone can afford. stopped watching after that.
The Carson mansion is such a work of love and art.
Awesome video Kyle !!
12:50 the outside of the building is very beautiful the woodworking, gingerbread the wood details, beautiful black color, the inside modern is sad, the half wall and ugly countertop. Isn’t it?
Love the heading, houses that EVERYONE can afford lol
😅😅😅
Great video, I really liked the home in Wales but I can't afford to move there 😢
My favorite is the Witch House 🏡🎃
Same here!
I like the lighthouse,
Those beautiful old homes with modern furnishings and rehabs are a disgrace to everyone that has ever loved Anything vintage or historic.
Beautiful homes ❤️
I was shocked to see the Rockwell Mansion. I was born in Milledgeville! ❤️
Regarding the clickbait house for sale for 66g. I's it still for sale? I'm interested,!
The title is most definitely misleading 🤨 buying one of these mansions is actually non existent unless some type of miracle happens 😂
Awesome Recap of some great homes! I hope you had a nice Christmas and will have a blessed new year! Keep Orange Crushing It!
53:24 yeahhh im glad to hear it was saved. That’s beautiful and greenhouse. 🎉
Which one did you say you’re buying?😊
I'll buy the lighthouse too
Not affordable or cheap at all
Who got that 1.6 million in these comments?
No thanks. Good luck 🤞
I like your video but I only want to see places in the USA and you should say what city and state they are located in

Great vid but not everyone can afford im on ssissdi if i could own one for a dollar i would do it absolutely 😊❤😊
I can’t afford none of these mfs.
3,100 square feet is hardly a mansion!
Ya but they want people to move the homes to someplace else
He act like these mansions cost a 1 buck 🤨
Can't understand why anyone would completely do a home in black. Just very strange.
agreed with the previous comment..
If i could afford any of them, I totally would..
but sadly, I am not as lucky as "everyone" that could afford any of these.
:(
Can we know where these homes are located? Some can be inferred, but most are not stated...
My guess is nobody wants to be haunted at home. To what we know, people are afraid of ghosts. So, these places are not going to sell well around people who don't like ghosts.
everyone can afford?
dude , i can't even afford the lighthouse...
So buy it and make it a haunted B&B!
Click bait
I couldn't live in ANY castle. I've watched too many movies, and I'm too big of a chicken.
Who could afford them. The ghost can have it
10:20 1600 ft.² plenty enough room for people to live and ghosts. Ha ha
Only the first few had ghosts? 🤷🏼♀️
GHOSTS is an awesome show. Be pretty funny to live the show.
Durhwood Mansion for me !!!
12,000,000 is affordable to anyone? Hey, we’re all multi-millionaires and didn’t know it.
Totally free for the 9 ghosts, though. 👻
You mean no one can afford....
What is a 3-100 square foot mansion? Is that 3,100 square foot? Hardly a mansion.
I would buy
derwydd mansion is listed for 2 million pounds not sure where you got 320 thousand dollars.
Where do they get that these are homes everyone can afford?
I feel like this went from nice homes that r cheap bcuz they're haunted to sum kind of showy video about gothic mansions u wish u could own like a big commercial selling out why these houses are so great lol I'm a bit confused about where the main idea changed completely

Interesting
She appears only to unmarried men ... This ghost has standards
Clickbait….nothing more than normal market priced real estate listings
The Salem House is ugly.

I think he means everyone who's in the same tax bracket as, say, Malcolm Forbes.
Oh please
Not affordable at all
