Number 45 is Hannah Stuelke. Iowa loves her so much, they gave her the key to their city this year. She is a very classy pure adorable person and great player.
How can you NOT become attracted to Caitlin's game? Could you watch Michael Jordan, Stephan Curry, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Jerry West, Dr. J..... and not be addicted. You just have to sit back and watch in awe at what they do.
Hannah Stuelke 45, she was a true sophomore in these highlights and be a JR next year. She averaged 12.5 pts and 6.6 rebounds last year with 62% FG%. Most the criticism for Clark this year should honestly be at Christie Sides and Linn Dunn they had no clue who they drafted, and keep forcing her to do things their way than her way like Iowa did. WNBA did help with that May schedule the Fever had.
Not only does she see the court better than everyone else, like a chess grandmaster seeing the chess board, she sees the situation faster and makes the best decision faster than her opponents can react.
If you can find their last game against Penn state, CC 22 fed 45 Hannah for 47 points. It’s an example of what CC 22 could do with each of her players at every Fever game. Christie Sides really needs to watch the Penn State game because it is the key to the Caitlin Clark strategic unstoppable basketball SYSTEM.
I love re-watching that game. Once CC22 realises the situation, she assists Hannah to an unfeasibly high score and the whole crowd loves it. You heard the interview, right, where Hannah was asked 'What did Caitlin whisper to you at the end of the game?' Hannah grinned and said 'She said 'I expect you to do that every game from now on.'
the IOWA coach gave Caitlin the green light to do her thing and the team was literally built around her, and this is what the coach of the fever should be doing...the coach is learning but she's not experienced enough to be dealing with someone like Caitlin. Caitlin is not a normal player. the game against the mercy Cait led them to a 30 pt lead the coach then switched up the roles and took Caitlin off point and they nearly lost.. after nearly blowing a 30-point lead or the coach said she hasnt been in the position of being up by 31... caitlin has. this isnt new for Caitlin. shes starting to get comfortable but the coach seems to keep holding her back.
It's clear that Bluder would have done a far, far better job for Indiana; Caitlin - but more importantly, the team AND the other players - would have all done so much better than they have under Sides. Bluder would have gone down as the coach who changed W coaching for all time. But, she wanted to retire - and in any case, Lin Dunn wasn't going to hire her - so we ccan only dream about what might have been.
you should check out more collage hightlights they so good. these arent even her best/deep shot highlights. The deep logo shot was like Caitlin's normal range in college lol girl is different. we haven't seen caitlin at her best in the WNBA yet... she got no rest after her college season, went straight into the WNBA with (at the time) the league's worst team, got no practice with them and was given the league's most difficult schedule with back to back games against the best teams in the league. while being #1 on the scouting report of those teams lol not even the best vets in the league get guarded or got the defensive pressure she has got. coaches have admitted their defence #1 focus and game plan has been to get the ball out of Caitlin's hands. yet she has still has elevated the team, they are currently at 7 in the standings and she scored/assisted the most points out of ANYONE in the league this season lol. Thats why when she gets comfortable and her team chemistry grows. its going to get crazy.
Bro...I'm 53 and I remember when Jordan came into the league...then Vince Carter. I'm from Toronto so I was at the game at the skydive when they played each other...I had wicked goosebumps watching them. There was an aura in the room...like something incredibly special was happening right in front of me. Haven't had that feeling until seeing CC in college. Her play gives me crazy goosebumps...can't explain it, but she's special and I feel lucky to be watching it in real time...unbelievable player and human. The Fever made a huge mistake by not picking up Kate Martin and letting her slip into the hands of Vegas. They were unstoppable together in college.
You are the first person to say what I was thinking the day of the draft. The Fever SHOULD have drafted Kate Martin! They would have been a lot farther ahead!
CC has made women's basketball fun to watch! I didn't know about her during her college days. Only just since she became 1st round draft pick & began playing for Indiana. She exploded on social media & RUclips. She's amazing to watch. That kind of talent can't be taught. She has natural ability. She's also very humble & doesn't bad mouth anyone even when they are bad mouthing her.
Hannah Stuelke - no. 45 - *everybody* should love her. She's cute, she's sweet, she's funny - and on the court, she's an absolute assassin. She was in track before specialising in basketball, and she's really fast up and down the court. You see her - and Syd Affolter, and before them, Monika Czinano in 22/23 - as soon as the ball rebounds they sprint off to the other end knowing that once CC22's got the ball if they have got themselves clear there'll be 2 points for them. It's a beautiful thing. After a couple of games with Indiana, I reached the conclusion that Coach Sides should get hold of some Iowa highlight reels and just play them over and over again until her other players began to realise that 'they can eat, anything they want, at Cai-aitlin's restaurant'. But no, Sides wanted to play standard WNBA ball where they all stroll up to the other end and stand around holding the ball behind their back or over their head waiting for a defensive mistake.
Exactly. Really it was the 2023 tournament where her reputation became more widely known but she was doing this freshman year. College defenders just weren’t always as good or as tight
CC had 18 points in the first quarter of this final championship game with South Carolina. Had she continued at that pace, she would’ve ended up with 72 points!
She was the only 5-star recruit on Iowa. Mind you, when they met SC in the championship game, SC had (8) 5-stars to include a 6’7” post player. Iowa really did amazing the last 2 years with the talent they had developed
45 is hannah stulke and shes a future number 1-5 pick.. she is a track star and runs the floor EVERY SINGLE BREAK. been watching cc and hannah for two years. hannah is now a junior at iowa so ill be watching her there. hopefully we can get her to the fever but boston is coming into her own just need her to rim run a bit more
Boston has her own talents, but she's never going to run the floor as fast as Hannah. Also, as well as being fast, Hannah's canny - she knows when to modify her speed to make the best target, and she also can catch almost anything CC22 hurls at her!
Followed the Hawkeyes the last 2 years, because of CC, the biggest difference is her teammates were ready for her passes, whereas the Fever are still learning how.
Watch the LSU and Iowa games. Amazing games. Angel rebounding queen and Clark, the three point queen going against each other! You are watching Stuelke in the post position and she’s still in college and Martin who is on the Aces. Martin has a killer floater. Stuelke could catch her passes and buried them into the basket! Although they lost to South Carolina, it showed the heart of a champion.
Hannah Stuelke #45 Stuelke put up some big scoring numbers herself - she had 47 points vs. Penn State earlier in the Hawkeyes' season. She was a good rebounder, screen setter and roller for Clark. The W can't beat Clark's game so they try to beat her down instead. Dirty. Excellent video. Thanks BW.
That's Hannah Stuelke! #45! I love her! She didn't have alot of confidence when she started. Caitlin is always propping Hannah up! Coach Bluder pushes her! Bluder started her at center. Hannah just keeps stepping up and getting better! She had 47 points one game this year! Hannah was named to the final 4 mvp team this year. Sydney Affolter is #3. She'll catch it on a dead run. Put it up. Make it. In one step. Then crash into the post behind the basket!
"She caught the ball" Oh man, I was at Iowa during this. Those hawkeye girls almost NEVER dropped the ball. I don't want to post links in your channel, but there's a Caitlin Clark college assist montage out there if you really want to see some crazy assists.
@@VenomReacts. ruclips.net/video/VC6eOMU4H58/видео.html Well, you asked for it lol. That 45 is Hannah Stuelke. She will be a senior this year. The blond built like a tank, is Monica Czinano. Iowa #45 is Hannah Steulke, juior from Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, about a half hour from Iowa City. 6’2” forward. I went to Coe College, a small liberal arts college in her school district, almost a half century ago. Hannah was 2nd team All American when Caitlin was a senior. She was really gifted at snagging those full court passes that Caitlin loves throwing. She was the only black on Iowa’s starting lineup. She would be a nice complement to Lexie. You can google her.
We all on the same page player 😎 seriously though Caitlin Clark IS the game changer fr, we already got list of nick names for her, cant decide, but great commentary VR, catch you on the next one

And yea, Angel know who 22 is lol.
I could not agree more. Clark's Fever teammates are still lagging behind in their mental programming when it comes to her passing. They are getting better at it, but they are still (similar to early on in the season) missing or fumbling them. It is as though they cannot believe that they are on the end of a perfect 3/4-court feed. Like they are mesmerized by the moment. And someday, a 20-assist game?! If anyone can do it, Caitlin can. I hope that I am still here to see it.
Kate Martin commented a couple of years ago that Caitlin is the greatest Basketball Player in the world! They saw stuff in practice that was impossible out of CC!
#45 Stuelke is one of my most fav players she runs track at her High School so she can burn the b/b court down!! Aliyah Boston is a big paint defender and scorer as is Hannah. I also have to mention Kelsey Mitchell, possibly the fastest player on the team, and Lexi Hull with big mama O'Grady and the strangely-named Affolter.
Been watching Caitlin since her freshman season. Only thing she doesn’t have is a mid range floater and she could use a mid to high post fade away or some kind of post game for smaller guards. also adding a quick mid range pull up to beat pro close out defenders on the drive would make her basically completely unguardable at the pro level.
I can’t believe that the critics blame her for too many turnovers and don’t see that half of them are teammates not handling the passes. 45 is Hannah Stolke, another Iowa girl playing for the Hawkeyes. She was a sophomore in these clips.
You should watch the game Iowa played against Michigan on February 15, 2024. It was the night Clark broke the NCAA D1 women’s scoring record. You will not be disappointed!!
Since you like Hannah Stuelke (#45), here are 2 videos about Hannah, CC, and the Iowa team culture and how the coach and players want to win over setting records. RUclips: Hannah Stuelke's Crazy Penn State Game & Iowa's Hannah Stuelke talks upcoming season, Iowa Hoopers, Caitlin Clark, plus more!
You said what all us CC fans felt when we saw her FEVER team botch most of her passes and hang her out to dry. We genuinely felt that Iowa could easily beat the Fever. Happily it is chang8ng.
All those people who said her game wouldn't translate to the pros .... Long 3s, penetration, passing, blocks, steals - looks to me like she packed up everything and brought it with her to Indianapolis. The only thing she couldn't bring with her was teammates who can catch.
What you are seeing is Caitlin Clark when she has a full offseason for rest and recovery She just gassed right now, but after this break they better watch out
As has been mentioned, number 45 is Hannah Stuelke. Only a sophomore, and who Angel Reese would wish she was if Angel had even an ounce of self-awareness. Stuelke can not only rebound, but unlike Reese, can actually shoot too. (63 FG%.) Whatever WNBA team gets her in 2 years is going to get a very good player. It would be great if she wound up at Indiana with CC and AB.

Live in Iowa. I'm an Iowa State fan ( huge rival with Iowa) I respect the hell out of CC. She brought me to the WNBA.
Give her few years in the W. She will be unstoppable.
She can’t be a loser! On the court or in life! Love CC!
When the game slows down for her she’ll get that confidence back and shock some people
Bro she is the BEST! I could go on and on about her.
& I’d Listen Forever 😅
This is what happens when the team has a good coach who knows how to set screens for CC.
I can’t believe that the critics blame her for too many turnovers and don’t see that half of them are teammates not handling the passes. 45 is Hannah Stolke, another Iowa girl playing for the Hawkeyes. She was a sophomore in these clips.
We can hope that Hannah Stuelke comes to Indiana Fever. Seeing she has played with Caitlin and knows Caitlin's game, she would fit perfectly.
I been looking at her old college games and highlights too. She addicting
I still watch her last second winning shot against Indiana when I’m down.
Caitlin's best defender is Sides.
She made me fall in love with the entire fever t
eam
She's special my man 💯
Caitlyn Clark is the Larry Bird of the WNBA.
You are not alone! I'm hooked and my wife
That performance against LSU was just nuts.
Hannah Stuelke 45 will be a junior in college this next season, she is also a track star, she can run with CC all game
She's had her reputation since high school. She didn't really have global recognition until the 2022-2023 season though.
#45 is Hannah Steulke, and she is only gonna be a JUNIOR this year. We Hawkeye fans get to enjoy watching her for another 2 years! 😊
I want to go see her play with the arena go wild. Catlin me and my brother love watching you play
What you are seeing is Caitlin Clark when she has a full offseason for rest and recovery
She just gassed right now, but after this break they better watch out
I'm amazed to see what happens when her teammates actually catch her passes.
have you reacted to "the shot" the one that put CC on the map
As has been mentioned, number 45 is Hannah Stuelke. Only a sophomore, and who Angel Reese would wish she was if Angel had even an ounce of self-awareness. Stuelke can not only rebound, but unlike Reese, can actually shoot too. (63 FG%.) Whatever WNBA team gets her in 2 years is going to get a very good player. It would be great if she wound up at Indiana with CC and AB.
I'm with you, Bro.
45 is Hannah Steulke
Imagine Caitlin and Sabrina being in the backcourt on the same team.
She’s different!
