The course was built on my family’s old dairy farm in Middletown. The first time my dad played the course, built on the land he grew up on, he got his first and only hole-in-one. Harlow’s Milk - Aquidneck Island Dairy for those that remember.
Rhode Islander here - we have had an UNGODLY amount of rain this summer. Courses are very green, but rough is thick, greens are slow, and fairways are wet. Lots of chunky shots this year.
Hey there, fellas! Fun fact - until 2020, the official name of Rhode Island was "The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations". Longest name in the book, for the smallest State in Ol' Glory! Now, let's go play some GOLF!!!!
Hey @BustaJack Golf! I was the pilot acquiring my required flight hours that day! I wanted to have an easy flight with great scenery so I chose a flight path that crossed over The Orchard course that day! I had a feeling it was you two playing down there when I saw some of Mason's crazy slingers!
This state was named by Dutch explorer Adrian Block. He named it "Roodt Eylandt" meaning "red island" in reference to the red clay that lined the shore. The name was later anglicized when the region came under British rule.
As a Rhode Islander, I can honestly say we do not have the thick Boston accent. Next time you boys come to Rhode Island, we need to get you down to the misquamicut club golf course. It’s majestic.
This state was named by Dutch explorer Adrian Block. He named it "Roodt Eylandt" meaning "red island" in reference to the red clay that lined the shore.
You were actually on Rhode Island. Newport, Middletown and Portsmouth are Rhode Island. The rest of the state was Providence plantations up until 2021. Today, Rhode Island is called Aquidneck Island. If you look on a coast guard chart. It still says Rhode Island.
Just located you two B.rippers smackin whitey on the chill...Dig the pace and vib of these edits..It appears to me that you're clearly an underrated duo. GIT it!
It was originally called Roodt Eylandt, Providence Plantations by the Dutch, When the English took it over, they translated it to Rhode Island Due to the red clay roads, and abundant trees with red leaf's.
So cool! I played this course on a business trip in August! Beautiful course. Thanks guys...love the content. Keep it up along with the collaborations.
Happy to see you guys at my home state. There has been so much rain up here this year, rough is deep and greens have been soft. You picked a good one to play though.

@BustaJackGolf come back and play Meadow Brook for a great public golf course in RI, we have some great public tracks but unfortunately we got some record breaking rain totals this year and everything is soaked!
I've played 100% of my golf this year in New England. The rough has been BRUTAL all year because of so much rain. Still looking for your round in New Hampshire...the jewel of New England.
Bitter sweet feeling, but I'll be glad when this series is over. You guys seem exhausted on camera and your play reflects it. Even so, you are great golfers and enjoy the content. Hang on Madjack, it's almost over.
Just started watching you guys and I’ve been watching all day! Two totally different swings both extremely pure! Would love to catch a round with you guys and pick your brains and witness some of these amazing shots! Keep up the awesome content fellas!🤝
Have to say I'm proud of the fact that when better golfers than me come to the Northeast they struggle to score too. Good not great course, can't wait to see where you end up in NJ.
Y’all should’ve played triggs. Plain and simple. It’s the most historical course in Rhode Island. All of the historical greats have played there. That being said, it was so nice to see you gents come to Rhode Island. Newport national isn’t the best public course here. It has always just been to gimmecky to me. I’m sure y’all will never be back here, but we have so much better to offer than Newport national.
Just so happens there's an airport about 2 miles west of there. So it's either multiple airplanes taking off or landing that direction, or a student pilot getting flight time. Or both 🤷♂️
You guys missed a real good opportunity . Probably only 30-45 minutes away is one of the top 50 oldest golf courses in United States. Seggragansett country club in Taunton mass
Personally I would love to see an international series and of course to welcome the boys over to the UK. That siad though it would be interesting if they play 'public' courses over here or get tempted by the big gun courses which by and large are accessible but prohibitively expensive !
I gotta see that last putt for a 79 ! that wasn't a gimme. I think if you boys played here on a day where the ball was running you might have rated it higher. The course is really good.
Hey! Rhode Islander here, we got our name from Giovanni da Verrazzano who was the first European to view what would become Rhode Island. He came across Aquidneck Island (comprised of Newport, Middletown and Portsmouth) and thought it looked like the Island of Rhodes in Greece, which is where we got our name. Idk what these other people are saying about how our name is from some guy who saw red clay at our shores, the only thing red near our shores is the damn seaweed 😂
Boys, just stumbled upon your channel. Good stuff here. Maybe a little more background music during non swinging shots and pull the mics a little further from your breathing. You’re certainly on to something here. Good luck in your journey.
Madjack just seems over it, little crabby. Just for a little perspective boss, most of us work for a living and wish we could play for one. Cheer up a little 🤗

That’s awesome man! Congrats to your dad for the ace!
knew it was cow pasture golf

I’m across the border, and Chunky has been the theme ALL summer for everyone. There was no such thing as a hard fairway.

And anyone cares because???
@@spencerlunbeck9832because they asked for the origin of the name Rhode Island…
@@spencerlunbeck9832 Because they asked. Other than that, I hope you're enjoying the golf, mate 👍
@@spencerlunbeck9832because it’s an interesting and relevant fact to a question posed in the video, and life’s super interesting!

@bustajackgolf
Thanks nerd
good stuff
What states are left? Have they done Mass yet? Curious to see if they go to The Ranch, Crumpin Fox, or somewhere else if they're going public.
As a Rhode Islander, I can honestly say we do not have the thick Boston accent. Next time you boys come to Rhode Island, we need to get you down to the misquamicut club golf course. It’s majestic.
Yup! I’m born, raised and still residing just outside of Boston.. you all sound wayyyy more like New Yorkers than sound like us.

So many lipouts from MadJack had me yelling at my screen! Great content boys!
I’m from RI and got into golf about 3-4 years ago. Got out at Newport natty this year and my god the conditions are just pristine
Great course = played there this past summer! Really enjoyed it except there was no range at the time. They're building it out but not ready yet.
The island Newport is on was called Rhode Island. The state took its name from that. The Island was changed back to the native name Aquidneck.

Would love to see your travels off the course.
I really enjoy this series. You guys grind it out! Very long course.
It was originally called Roodt Eylandt, Providence Plantations by the Dutch, When the English took it over, they translated it to Rhode Island Due to the red clay roads, and abundant trees with red leaf's.

awesome course, played there last year for the first time it was immaculate, worth it for a one time shot but pricey if you play it frequently
FINALLY!! I NEEDED THIS YOU DONT UNDERSTAND
@BustaJackGolf come back and play Meadow Brook for a great public golf course in RI, we have some great public tracks but unfortunately we got some record breaking rain totals this year and everything is soaked!

YESSSS! Best part about Sunday right here. Hit the like button to get these boys some algorithm love!
Honestly don’t understand how this channel is not at 500k subs. The series alone is outstanding!
Wish I'd gotten you guys on Wannamoisett in Rumford. Home of the Northeast Amateur (Walker Cup Qualifier).
Have to say I'm proud of the fact that when better golfers than me come to the Northeast they struggle to score too. Good not great course, can't wait to see where you end up in NJ.

Mason’s swing is so unique I think. Love the flow of it
im obsessed with this channel now, i joined at 37 states and now ima go and watch them all. good golf guys
I hope The Ranch is the course you play here in Mass!
Just so happens there's an airport about 2 miles west of there. So it's either multiple airplanes taking off or landing that direction, or a student pilot getting flight time. Or both 🤷♂️
It's from the island of roades in England. And right as you play you are on an island.
The boy make me wanna get some pxg’s and a freezer full of factor! Another great one fellas

Patiently waiting for Wisconsin… many good choices here 👍
I could only imagine how much lower you guys would score with a better golf ball. Hoping for a Titleist sponsorship for Golfing Around the World!
“This is affecting my rating, T*ts bouncing everywhere 🤣🤣🤣
“Hurt ma rating…freakin t!ts are bouncin everywhere”. 😂😂😂😂
Hahaha.... penalty stroke because you hit his ball on the green... so funny conversation concerning who is out😂😂😂
8:16 oh man you meant on the greens! I thought for sure a snoop dogg/Wiz Khalifa v BustaJack 2v2 was about to happen! ; )
Pars?? Ever heard of em?!
An absolute gem of a course!
Personally I would love to see an international series and of course to welcome the boys over to the UK. That siad though it would be interesting if they play 'public' courses over here or get tempted by the big gun courses which by and large are accessible but prohibitively expensive !
“Beach to beach to bird. That’s a seagull” is such an underrated joke 😅

Play my home course black gold gc for cali you have played there with FP before
Enjoy your content. Growth will come for your channel
Busta divots over the last few rounds have been absolute pelts

This course looks great! So green
You guys should play Jay Peak Championship course in Vermont. Nice mountain course you won’t regret.
Funny how those shorter par 4’s often cause the most damage to the score card. #12. Quote of the day, “oh no. . . . “.
That "wasted hole" kicked y'alls butts! 🤣🤣🤣
If you hit out of bounds you might be in in Connecticut or Massachusetts.
Was waiting for you to come to my state! Enjoy fellas!
Fun fact:
Smallest state with the most coast line in the country!
I hope they play tpc boston. Can’t wait to see the ratings on the bridged there
Love the videos. Gotta know if y’all were tired or mad at each other 😂
Boys, just stumbled upon your channel. Good stuff here. Maybe a little more background music during non swinging shots and pull the mics a little further from your breathing. You’re certainly on to something here. Good luck in your journey.
Beach to beach birdie is a seagull.
😂
Tough scores but great series hang on boys it is coming to the wire . Fantastic
Newport National is a wonderful course. Never seen two guys less happy to play it 😂
""'It''s not even an island" he says as he plays on the island that gives the state it''s namesake....
the state was called Rhode Island and Providence Plantation’s. Aquidnick Island (where your playing now) is Technically Rhode Island
Was hoping you’d play a more challenging RI course like Potowomut
Such a great place to spend a day
What’s the course in Massachusetts gonna be? Should play Granite Links..
I was in the plane that did a few passes over the course, I saw mason roast a few shots and I saw max jacks eagle!
Every shot in this video-sit! 😂
Y'all have been hammerin', and it seems that you might be a bit tired.... understandable though! I mean, this was the fortythirst state/course!!!
Nice Eag Cole. Thanks for the 18 hole vid. See you boys in the next state.
What rangefinder do you use and do you recommend it?
Another nice video. Where is the video for Virginia?
@bustajackgolf did you fellas play in Massachusetts? Haven’t seen the video?
Can’t wait for the world wide series!!
Notice there is not one straight putt on that course. Super tough greens.
Waiting for you all to come to Vermont
Dallas being the best skyline in America is like saying Galveston is the best beach in Texas. hahaha
What a beautiful course
Played here once, fun course.
Madjack just seems over it, little crabby. Just for a little perspective boss, most of us work for a living and wish we could play for one. Cheer up a little 🤗
Let's freaking go boys 🏌️💥😎
Madjack was definitely not out!
Agreed but likely made no difference
Siding with Madjack on that one!
Mad Jack, Busta was Correct your ball would have been out
Nice content boys!
