Matthias Wandel did an entire video about long sleeves and table saws, and he found that there is not really any danger, the blade just cuts through the fabric, it has no way to grab it and pull your arm into the blade. But yes, it's a bad idea to have long floppy sleeves, especially near something like a drill press or lathe.

it looks like the two green LEDs have a diode in series to block any reverse voltage. If connected to an amplifier output LEDs will light up as the voltage can get to 3V, which is around the voltage of green LEDs; since he's using a 3W amplifier, it's very likely that the amplifier voltage will never go above 3.5V, so the LEDs should not burn, considering the voltage drop on the other diode (0.2 to 0.7V).
