    Thank you!!! Mine wasn’t working at all. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and now it’s working. Not sure if it’s a permanent fix but I have warm toes today thanks to you!

    I sprayed silicone on the white tracks near blend door actuator and this fixed issue as the actuator would move white tracks a little sometimes. I needed to plug back in a few times to get it to move. Seems like a friction issue.

    Hey i am trying this. Exactly as you mentioned number 7 fits very well. I have no experience about cars but tried to pull this door thing out and i did with my friend Osman's tools. But seems like your trick is not working for my crv 2014 until the part arrives.

      I’m sorry to hear that but if you need heat maybe you can just lift the plastic up and duct tape it or tie it up until you get your replacement parts.

    I was able to unplug the green plug and replaced it to get it to move. I know its bad because I turned on the cold air and it moved but kept clicking. I then hit the heat and the heat came on as well. I think it was stuck.

      That’s when you know it’s going bad I had that issue and then it just locked

    Would this part not working be why there are four different temperatures across the vents on AC? I live in San Antonio, so AC is huge

    Yeah, exactly what I replaced on my civic, my was on heat.

    So my 2008 civic, blend door moves when i switch positions, but even if I turn knob all the way to blue, still super hot air, outside is 28°F, so what you show here may be my problem, I believe, is there any other think I can check, thank you, good video

    i have a 2014. i don't have dual climate; but when my a/c is on the driver side air is not as cold as the passenger side. any idea? heading to honda for a diagnostic in a week (charging 170.00).

      There is a svc bulletin for uneven heat. Most likely your model year is affected by it. Search on here, how to flush heater core on a CRV. If you are pretty handy, the hoses, CLR, and utility pump you are going to buy, will pay for itself, as you can do this flush in most cars. Good luck.

    Hey let me ask you a question I have the same problem. I have heat on driver side and cold air on passenger side. Do I have to change the temp blend motor on the passenger side or is it still on the driver side.

    • @greenmachine6672
      @greenmachine6672  3 года назад

      I’ve had that problem when I had duel heating or cooling on then the passenger was getting hot air instead of cold air or cold air instead of hot air so make sure your duel is off try that and I hope that can help because the only controls the heat or cold is under the driver side

      Also if you’re duel button is broken maybe that’s what’s causing that
