The song the number you have dialed is the first song in their 6 year career is the first time they've motivated you instead. So its kinda a big deal when you think about it. Also on the family part, its best to keep the hatchet buried but just know a lot of family drama happened in 2018.
Love how open minded you are to them. I feel like a lot of people try and put them in a box of just simply dark violent drug music, and while they do have a lot of songs focusing on those darker themes, it is all imagery a lot of people can relate to, especially those who have struggled with similar things they talk about in their music often. Great video
within the last two years both Ruby and scrim have gone to rehab treatments and have gotten sober. i’m not sure if someone has ever explained the reasoning behind of their name but, they made a pact when they started creating music together that if they were unsuccessful then they would unalive themselves. that’s why at the end of every single one of their concerts they thank the crowd because as much as so many fans wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them it’s the same for Ruby and Scrim.
I think the, "keep on marching on" is a shout out to their fans, cause I remember them saying that they realized they were the reason that some people hadn't committed suicide.
Please more $uicideBoy$ I feel like every song they put out has a deeper meaning and I think you do a really good job at summing up most of their experiences. I HIGHLY recommend listening to their song 'And To Those I Love, Thanks For Sticking Around'
I just had to subscribe because you had 999! I love $uicideboy$ and i like hearing your analysis because most reactors just say whether they like it or not and dont break down the lyrics. Congrats on 1000 subscribers!!
Awesome reaction and breakdown, also you are really pretty! If you would like to do more suicideboys I recommend you react to “my flaws burn through my skin like demonic flames from hell” one of my all time favorites by the boy$ and plenty to break down in that song :)
Also just to catch you up cause I’m a big fan of them they are cousins from New Orleans who over a dispute between there moms at a young age weren’t allowed to be around each other for a little while as they got older it died down, they are both from lower income areas in New Orleans and scrim is from an area called the 7th ward which is a reference often in there music they made the name G59* (grey 59) after there area also because there was two separate areas in there city whose color was grey with the grey meaning neutral and the 59 is named after the street that divides the area being highway 59. Scrim and ruby have gone through everything from drug problems to mental health issues, scrim was a dj and ruby was in a band but he always kinda wanted to try rap . Scrim had wanted to start making rap music and ruby decided to give it a try after realizing they had talent they decided to form the group suicide boys ( name comes from a pact they made that if they weren’t successful by the age 30 they would off themselves) they had a rough start but grew in popularity after expressing there sadness and issues through there music . A rapper named pouya found there music and they made a song together (south side suicide) which instantly started giving them more notoriety and they have grown ever since and scrim is now sober and ruby has been getting help from scrim to circum his own problems. You can find out about all of this from there multiple interviews. Anyway loving this channel so far and I can see it going places so best of luck to you :)
Listen to theses songs by them : LTE,Clouds As Witnesses,Running Thru The 7th With My Woadies, All this glitter is not good but it’s still damn beautiful, And So It Was….., I miss my dead friends, diemonds (need to listen to would make a great video) ,Hair , and then Rag Round My skull
I've been suicidal since i was a young kid and im 25 years old now. music like Suicideboys actually got me through some shit. Its funny and sad that that artist like Suicideboys, Bones, Ghostemane had helped me through extremely dark times.
Every counselor has their own style of doing it. Maybe they didn't use the exact words "safety plan" some do. But if they didn't come up with a plan for you then get another therapist 💯
React to, “I no longer fear the razor guarding my heel” 1-4, they’re all a set of 3 songs combined together with metaphors, lyricism, and nasty production
$UICIDEBOY$ is to two people Ruby Da Cherry is the one with a high pitch voice and Scrim is the one with a deep voice. they are from New Orleans They are cousins I recommend Kill yourself part three or KAMEHAMEHA. Tells more about their own personals depression.
Weird fact, they are actually related (I think they are cousins) and they grew up in the slums of New Orleans and they eventually become a duo music group and they made a promise to each other that if they didn't make it with their music that they would both commit suicide because they didn't have much at the time
^and then when they started becoming successful and also having a lot of bad things happening with their people and family around them and that only made it worse for their mental health. But as of now Scrim is 4 years sober and Ruby is a year without alcohol and opioids
You probably know this already but i saw your reaction to Bones but bones helped scrim with this addiction and his rehabilitation. If I’m off someone please explain it better thank you
Hey could you do some Juice WRLD? I would recommend some unreleased songs, but mainly the song Sometimes. I say Unreleased because he gets more personal in some of them. But some not unreleased stuff I would say Righteous and Wishing Well are good ones. Great video btw
Yo, you are doing a good review on the lyrics and that's cool, but you are doing a lot of cut so it feels like you don't vibe and react on the music itself with all of these cut, maybe you could listen the whole song one time without cutting it, then react to the lyrics after. For me it would be perfect reaction but it's maybe just my thought Scrim had cut with his familly because drugs and his ex who was toxic, she made him move away from his familly and was just here for his money Oh and Scrim is also the guys who almost do all of the instrumental Sry for my english, i have good understanding but i write it and speak it rly bad x) Hello from France
Hey thanks for the comment! I have to do my reacts when a thought comes to me or I'll forget what I have to say! Its very hard to react after a huge chunk of music bc I'll miss parts of the song that are important to the overall meaning of it!
Late take but I actually think the rise to fame and hatred for it didn’t stem from their drug use if anything I think it isolated them which worsened their mind state leading to furthering their depression
Remember to write down your song recommendations in the comments below! ❤
There is a series of albums called the "I No Longrer Fear The Razor Guarding my heel", you should definitely react to the first set of 3 songs
please do more peep, problems, leanin, cry alone, hellboy. all great songs from peep.
You are helping a lot of people by doing this. Especially with the suicideboys. Keep it up. Any song by them would be good to analyze.

Love the video, one of the best $B breakdowns i've seen
I think the, "keep on marching on" is a shout out to their fans, cause I remember them saying that they realized they were the reason that some people hadn't committed suicide.
They’re whole point was finding confidence and motivation within feelings of depression. $B helped me feel empowered by the shit I was going through.

I just had to subscribe because you had 999! I love $uicideboy$ and i like hearing your analysis because most reactors just say whether they like it or not and dont break down the lyrics. Congrats on 1000 subscribers!!
Yay!! Thank you so much! As my 1000th sub I give you dibs on the next song I get to react to ❤❤ thanks for watching!
You should react to "fuck the industry" by the boy$
There is an album from them that you should make a video on it’s called “I No Longer Fear The Razor Guarding My Heel” it has 3 amazing songs in it
Awesome reaction and breakdown, also you are really pretty! If you would like to do more suicideboys I recommend you react to “my flaws burn through my skin like demonic flames from hell” one of my all time favorites by the boy$ and plenty to break down in that song :)

I’ve never had that a safety plan even to this day my last therapist who knows I’m suicidal I haven’t heard from them in months
Every counselor has their own style of doing it. Maybe they didn't use the exact words "safety plan" some do. But if they didn't come up with a plan for you then get another therapist 💯
Low Key, 122 Days, Clouds as Witnesses, New Chains, Same Shackles, Shattered Amethyst and Kill Yourself (Part IV) are some bangers.
