I just received the 8x42 , the only problem I have is the eye cups . The center position is very sloppy , and wobble around . The up position feels solid and steady. The down position is also steady and solid. This is on both cups . Has anybody else had this problem ?
* Hydee ...maybe GPO Passion ED, otherwise those Hawke are top value for money and optically, if one isn’t just used to Swaro EL-line only, really good!
ImNoBSING ...not comparable. 42 Beta Tier binos in 8x42 like those Hawks or GPOs are visually for sure more impressing and stimulating than your small Swaro as your 8x25 isn’t a real Alpha bino. It’s IMOO the worst in their line-up, still good binos though....
I can honestly say the Monarch 7 would blow these out of the water I have had Hawke binos. 12x50 8x32 and they fell apart after 12 months total garbage
Attention to everything apart from the most important factor - what are they like to use, what's the image like?

Great review Marsha
Can you suggest something else that would be better optically, for the same price? Thankyou

How do binos of these tier at 8x42 match against Swaro 8x25?
I have swaros and I am thinking if there is much to gain with lesser tier 42 binos

Hi everyone.
Can I ask, how would these compare to Nikon Monarch binoculars?
I've got the same question. I'm having trouble finding a comparison.
