Clark was a genius and did more to promote Art to all people in society, than any other person.

Arts and artists must thrive even during times of war and peace. Our civilization's history is told by art and artist.
Incredibly wise to feature German music during the war. A very humane kind of rebellion to all that was otherwise death and destruction.
