@@swatinikumbh8744 Was the infrastructure created only in 2020? I am sure it was there in 2019 also when the rank was pretty low. How did it rise suddenly in 1 year? Even before 2019, it was close to 2000 and only last year it came below 1000.
@@dineshshirvaikar5228 no in 2019 there was a single rank list for barch category and bplanning category from 2020 there was seperate 2 ranklist for barch and b planning this could be the reason . Also nata results were announced during the jossa counselling session so many students with high rank already joined and didn't wait for nata counselling.
Also I think due to the pandameic 12th class cutoff of 75 percent was removed which meant talented students with aptitude got chance , before even if you secured 150 rank you will not be eligible for admission due to less than 75 % marks 12th cut off for cbse and top 20 % marks from respective State boards.
In 2020 I got rank 1016 and didn't get SPAV , closing rank in 2020 was 734 I think , so safe rank this year would be below 500 . I'm a general category candidate, hope this helps good luck .
all SPAs are good you will learn alot... Location does change and their are minor difference thats all... but all spa are goof take whatever college you can get
No spa does nt offer mtech you can take Masters related to architecture or bim or landscape or urban planning .... there are many master programme in spa check the official website too choose one
