THANK YOU! This has always been an annoying bug for me when composting. So many times I've been working on a complicated pre-comped scenes only to have to change the cameras for all the shots. This could have saved me so much time! Now just to build a time machine to give it to me 5 years ago. Andrew could you make a plugin that does that??
Is this any different than the clicking the "Collapse Transformations" switch on the pre-comp? That seems to inherit the properties from inside the pre-comp like 3D, blending modes etc. as well.
Collapse Transformation works for some stuff but it doesn't work at all with 3D-aware plug-ins like Particular, Element 3D, and CC Particle world. It all depends on what you are trying to do!

While a good video and an awesome script, I watched 9 minutes and 30 seconds, and not once did he duplicate an object 3 times for my amusement. Disappointing.

They are just circle particles with a random size, and 2 lights , green and blue .
