I have much nostalgia for zulrah as well. 4k kills on the main and 1k on the pure. Went 1k dry for any unique on the pure. It has turned from the money snake to the unlucky snake for me. Thank you for the content Mr EV

I loved grinding zulrah on my main years ago and the drops felt awesome. Now on my iron even with it having decent drops it feels like looting barrows chests anymore unless you get an item

One thing that could be interesting to see is maximizing the number of accounts you can use that ACTUALLY help. For example your rune dragon video or wrath runecrafting video. What is the actual number of alts that helps and where does it become too tedious?

@@XoilenDisagree, void means less switches which means more food/pots which means more kill per trip, which means more kills per hour. The paper def doesn't even really matter at Zulrah because to kill snakelings you generally have to let them hit you anyway, and Zulrah's range attacks are really accurate regardless of your def bonus.

Do you have a video on how you set up runelite for doing 10 clients at once? Interested in the setup. I have started playing on multiple accounts but my setup does not look that clean.
I’ve always wanted to try zulrah eventually. Feels like one of the bosses I could do eventually once my account gets its stats up a bit more.
Grind your range for a full weekend, magic another weekend, and defense another weekend, then you'll be ready my friend :)
Exactly what hunter said train ur range up at nightmare zone or even sand or fossil island crabs then mage and you’ll be set! You really don’t even need super high stats to kill zulrah although it does make it way easier lol. The only thing you really need is a suffering, unless you don’t mind to constantly swap recoils. The hardest thing is learning the rotations but they’re actually super easy to learn. My best advice is to just get in there and send some attempts :) you’re more than likely going to die and that’s okay just learn from your mistakes and you got it!

Here you go no need to waste time doing pvm. Learn another language or something dont waste your time learning bosses in this game outsides CG (fun) or quest bosses cause no choice to learn them. Raids are WoW content and have nothing to do with OSRS they should not exist period.

You never counted the zul-andra teleports for the supplies, they're like 20k each no?
They are self sustaining if you do multiple kills trips.
He was doing ~4-6 kill trips which averages to 2-3 zulandra teleports

range only is so chill tho - it is definitely not so profitable anymore, but for a boss that you can do a mage only or range only I'd say it is a great lil money maker that doesn't drain your motivation to keep playing

Glad you hit on how afk Zulrah is with tbow. It's also really really close to a tbow with just a bowfa and crystal armor. I've always defended the snek because it has a place as the least mental draining boss that has 3m~/h consistently; when you unlock the fairy ring with 77 agility and a in house ring. That being said not everyone has tbow or even bowfa and it takes a while to know the phases like the back of your hand. Which is why people i think like Vorkath since everything is more intuitive in the fight. It's easier to learn and just as consistent with a better upgrade path than Zulrah gear wise; Especially with fang coming out and becoming affordable. Muspha is for people that want consistent gp but don't mind paying full attention to the boss and have access to good gear. While Vorkath is the same but with a lower buy in cost.
If you don't believe me on the 3m try bowfa build for yourself. Use fairy ring to get there. Along with a blowpipe two range pots, 5 doses of anti venom, three brews and four kwams and sharks. Don't use pool unless needed. You can get 5 kills/invent with that setup and inventory with consistent 2 minute kills.
In short zulrah to be worth it has a higher buy in cost than vorkath and a wayyyyyy higher learning curve, but it becomes preferable to vorkath when you get confident since it is the boss that embodies the marathon not the sprint energy.
Also consistent gp makes me feel safe and that little spice of rares MMMM. I'm so spoiled with consistancy that i hate raids because of how dry i have gone. (legit top 1%er of going dry at toa.)

You should have used the new guardian boots with echo on it for the recoil effect, that way switching rings gives you the extra dps and you don’t have to worry about the little fellas

you ever tried bofa only at zulrah its works great for me!(200m gear setup somewhat mid tier) i get average 30kills an hour 1min to max 2min kills pretty chill almost feels like doin with t bow! (also no arrow cost with bofa only crystal shards for the gear i guesse but thats minimal) great video man,keep up the good content!
I would think you could comfortably do 4 at one time, more than likely youd get 2 of 4 same rotation and have a chillen time but if you had all diff rots it might get a little yuicy

Yo, I watched this video again today, and it made me wonder what Zulrah would feel like if the drop tables were reverted to what they were before the nerfs. I think that it's far more appealing as an end-game iron to go back especially with the crystal weapon seed back on the table.

I've been doing 1500+ zulrah kc in the past few months in only crystal bofa setup. Pretty chill like 1min-1:40min kills
"midtier" Mean while, I have like 1 or 2 kc on my ironman with like less than 1 or 2mill setup.
I believe it was either void or black d'hide + mystic robes.
For weapons I had Toktz-xil-ul (the tzhaar range rings that you throw) and Iban's Staff.
Also, no anti-venom. Might have had a barrows item or two, don't remember.
Granted, the xil-uls were a money dump. The goal was elite void not to farm it.
Divide by bond price for inflation adjusted returns.

i got my first 5kc on zulrah and said F*ck this garbage and never went back its too much work for such little reward. i learned to do zulrah with no plugins
i've killed a total of 20 bosses zulrah was the least fun. i have a blast killing everything else just zulrah was a huge let down for me all the hype for nothing

I enjoyed your video, liked and subscribed. However, with mage only, using harmonized orb with everything else you have, I can get up to 10 kills per trip, about 20 minute trips. With 50 seconds being my pb. I'm slow as hell banking and getting restocked. I can't afford a shadow yet but I think I could beat that pb and maybe get more than 10 kills per trip. 1 antivenom, 1 restore. Anywhere from 700k - 1.2m per trip.
Is running from the 76 agility fairy ring worth saving the 20k/scroll cost?
if you're worried about the cost i'd just make the run. it's maybe a 20 second time save if you're running from edge bank, less if you have a fairy ring in poh.

my zulrah pb is 40.60 sec. I had spellbook swap thralls vengeance, dragon knives, tbow, virtus, sang staff.
Imagine if they got rid of the bots who have been milking it for years. Zulrah scales prices dictate gp/hr along with bp & visage being viable at current bossing.
