That’s a great looking enclosure! I’d prefer the front and top door to be one unit and have a pair of gas struts to lift it open like a clam shell style. It would be less wear and tear on the enclosure over time and a more fluid function for the operator. I’m glad to see someone offering hard shell enclosures for the diode lasers, especially those that manufactures seem to think the fabric flimsy enclosures are any good now. :)
We've revamped our prices and reduced the overall costs of many of our enclosures as of 2/7/24. If you've thought checked us out before, check in again to see our new lower pricing!
Looks very nice. My issue is that once you've bought the 20w laser, the extension, the enclosure with laser filtering acrylic, and the enclosure extension, you might as well buy a CO2 laser that comes in an enclosure. :/
I think that you would find that the bargain co2 lasers will still need several upgrades including a pretty hefty exhaust system, chiller, and air assist. On the other hand a commercial grade co2 like a boss or epilog will cost you more than double for the same 400mm work space.
Hi, would the fan work with electricity in Czech Republic or can I just get some sort of powder adapter? Or easier to just buy mine here in czech, thanks a lot . Looks great
Hi Martin, The fan itself would work, but we'll need to figure out the correct plug converter. You would need a 12v - 2amp power supply that leads to 5.5mm x 2.5mm DC barrel connector. I believe the DC connector is common in Europe like it is here the USA, but you'll need a euro power supply plug. These are easy to get on Amazon or aliexpress . Here is the US version of what we are using: www.amazon.com/dp/B08MZZPB53

You should be honest and state planet that the “laser filtering” panels are still not good enough for looking directly at the laser without additional eye protection. You stuff it down in the details of your site where people may not see it. And as a consequence they may not be seeing anything any more after going by your untrue inferences that this will keep them safe.
Yes, the enclosure needs to be cleaned periodically. The same goes for your laser and attachments. It is routine maintenance and needs to be done regardless of the enclosure.

Nice enclosure!
You should show it working with air extraction.

Looks nice but overpriced for what you're getting.
