You don't "accidentally" run a factory reset. I had to do one on my phone after my kids screwed it up so bad where I couldn't get it past the lock screen, but I had to first get on my laptop and research the steps on how to do it. It is not something so simple where you could do it by mistake. 🙄

You don't "accidentally" run a factory reset. I had to do one on my phone after my kids screwed it up so bad where I couldn't get it past the lock screen, but I had to first get on my laptop and research the steps on how to do it. It is not something so simple where you could do it by mistake. 🙄
