I worked hard and long on this one, probably unnecessarily (I get way too "in depth" with editing) but maybe it was worth it, I really like how it turned out 😁

I can understand this. When I make mashups, I usually like to think of them as an “alternate version” of the song that could exist on its own, rather than a deliberate mix of both songs. But I understand that goes against a lot of peoples ideas of what a “mashup” is. That’s just how I felt for this mashup in particular
