Discovered Essentrics yesterday. I was sore from heavier workouts as I exercise almost every day. Tried 3 small workouts last night and today I woke up feeling soooo relaxed...Thanks sooo much for sharing these wonderful sequences.
Doing essentrics again after having a baby... one week in and I have more strength and mobility. I excitedly share my progress with my older daughter and show her how I can bend and walk up the stairs fast! Seems like small gains, but they are huge when you could barely do them the week before.
I love essentrics! I have noticed a huge difference in my body since I have been doing it, my whole body has become lean and tight and my endurance, flexibility, and strength have increased dramatically! It is so much fun to do, and I love how quick the workouts are. It is easy to fit into a busy schedule. With that and cardio a few times a week, I am in the best shape of my life!
I noticed as I followed along, that the movements so often stimulate the lung meridian, so, paired with deep breaths, it seems a great workout for lung expansion-for all who are post-covid etc. Thanks for such a feel-good workout!

These short videos are wonderful. I am mobility impaired but can do most of the exercises with props. And the setting for each video is lovely too.
