In this video, I aim to end the barbaric tradition of animal sacrifice, often disguised as Tantra. Bali Vidhan, or Bali Pratha, is purely animal cruelty, with 99.99% of its practices unsupported by the Vedas, Puranas, or Tantras. I will also refute the arguements of Rajarshi Nandy in support of animal sacrifice. Also, we will debunk the misconception that Hinduism endorses meat-eating.

Hamare pariwar me bhi chag-bali diya jata tha, 2020 me hi ham logon ne dena rok diya, ab ham sattvic chadhawa dete hain. Kuch bhi bura nahi hua bhagwan Kripa se, sab acha chal raha hai. Infact pichle 2 sal me ghar me 2 jano ko naukri bhi lag gayi. Ye sab bas afuah hai ki Kali Maa ko krodh ajayega and all.

I used to eat meat... And used to love it.. untill i saw how they behave when they are sacrificed.. it was horrible.. I felt the pain. At that night I saw i myself in a the same way hanged with my organs being dispayed in meat shop. It made me stop eating.. as i understood the pain thoroughly in the dream.... You also told about Ramkrishna paramhans ji, yes it's true ki kaul marg nahi follow kar pae aur unhone Bali nahi di, lekin ye bhi Satya he ki unhone Bali ka virodh bhi nahi kiya ulta accept Kiya, jab bali diya hua prashad ke rup me unke samne laya jata tha to virodh nahi karte the ulta usme se thoda ( meat ) le ke apne tongue pe rakhte the aur khate the even in his last phase of life when he was consuming pure satvik vegetarian food. Magar mujhe lagta hai Swami Vivekananda apne guru ke bare me behtar jante honge, aur unhone likha tha, "my Master was a vegetarian; but if he was given meat offered to the Goddess, he used to hold it up to his head." (Complete Works, 4.486-7) Unhone chakha nahi, wo bas sar par rakhte the. Aur wah virodh nahi karte magar accept bhi nahi kiya, unhone kaha ki pashu bali tamasic hai, aur aaj bhi Ramakrishna order me pashu bali nahi di jati hai. To kya wo galat hain? Nahin. Kya wo nark me hain? Nahi. Apne bas misuderstand kiya mujhe.

Shastro me ye bhi likha hai ki nar bali se Mata 1 lakh varsh tak tript ho jati hai. Agar shastro ko mante ho to apne pariwar me se kisi ki bali do nahi to sweekar karo ki shastro ko nahi mante ho.

Firstly kya wo samavesh ki avastha me jake ye pashu ke purva janam ko dekh sakta hai? secondly, kya uska apne sabhi ashta-pash pe niyantran hai? Aur aise hi kayi sare. Veer sadhak ke criterias diye gaye hain Tantro me. Mai criteria nahi set kar raha.

Kyunki Tantron ke rules ke anusar jo advance sadhak hain wo private me hi panch makar upchar ka prayog karte hain. Sarvajanik roop se nahi. Agar wo private me karen to mujhe koi apatti nahi. Bas mujhe aam logon ke bali dene se apatti hai. Jinhe adhyatma ka koi gyan nahi hai. Jo keval agyan, aur andhavishwas ke aavesh me aakar bali dete aa rahe hain. Aur fir apne mans bhakshan ko justify karte hain ki yah prasad hai.

Kyun ham sochte hain ki unhe bhi mood swings hote hain? kyun ham sochte hain ki unhe agar bali na do to unhe krodh ajayega? Gusse jaisa "low grade emotion" ham unke upar kyun thop rahe hain? Bali pratha is NOT meat eating for you. Bali pratha is not for every upasaka and every sadhana and every devata. Mostly, bali pratha is done in shakta upasana and tantra and you've to keep in mind that you're worshipping Devi in her own way, whether you like it or not- it's not your worship, it's her worship. Well in vamachar tantra, even alcohol and fish is offered to the deity. Yes, by vedanta- Bali pratha is absolutely WRONG but by Tantra marg, when done in right way- it's a form of offering to Devi maa. But in 95% of the cases of common people, they follow vedanta marg, then giving bali is a grave sin. It's not not allowed in everyday practices.

its a village around sirsi, and my father has described precisely what happened when bali wasnt given to "Mariamman"..let me tell you.
After gandhi came to sirsi and put an end to certain sacrifices, this fever went to the village too. They skipped the "ChagaBali" for a year. Following year, the crops would fall on fire randomly , EVEN WHEN IT WAS RAINING HARD, IT WOULD CATCH FIRE.... YES.....MY FATHER HAS SEEN IT LIVE! That year, lot of people reporting hearing noises near the "BaliKallu" ( Sacrifical Stone ). Although later, Sri Avadhoota and Varadahalli Sridhar Swamy( incarnation of dattatreya ) came to the place and they did rituals to use ANUKALPA's.
2) Point is , we dont have the same calibre people to talk to the deities to use Anukalpa's , so its better to let it go .

If the Godess wills it to happen, it will happen anyway. People dont need to forcefully kill the animals. The animal will come and die there itself. But no, that doesn't happen. Animal is forcefully brought and deliberately killed. It suffers. So I don't think the diety wants it. People are doing it for their own selfish desires.
Goddess send the animal to only those who are capable enough to invoke her? I don't think so. A common man goes to butcher shop, buys a goat and sacrifices her in the temple. I don't think the diety has any involvement here. I am not talking about the higher sadhakas but the common folk who perform animal sacrifice. And they are responsible for 99.99% of the animal butchered.

5. Bali is not directly equivalent to Shakti Upasana. It is only necessary in Apara sadhana, lower sadhana. The higher sadhana doesn't need any such rituals. They are purely interiorised. Though you can use bali in advance sadhnas, but they are not absolutely neessary. So don't think that I am against shakti upasana. Follow the Shambhavopaya and Shaktopaya methods for Shakti upasana, they are the higher methods, and they don't need any animal sacrifice.

One thing I am still need more clarification, is that u said that saints who eat meat suffered a lot in there later life, but there are numerous Vaishnava saints who also suffered immensely at end of life. I know of Sri vidya upasaks who also endured a lot of pain even though being satvic. Also, I always thought that when someone is close to Moskva they usually suffer a lot cause end of karmic cycle so their Ishta usually delivers all karmic before they die. One more thing, I read and heard even from my guru, that the reason Ramkrishna died of that throat cancer is being of the thousand and thousands of peoples karma’s he took on himself not because he eat meat.
Of course there are many saints who have suffered. Not all suffering is because meat eating but all meat eaters have suffered. Not talking about Ramakrishna Paramhamsa, he was a vegetarian.

Adi, I agree to most of what you say. In the beginning of the video, you were focused on quoting only what is mentioned in this scripture and what is mentioned in that scripture. That did not convince me but the logical reasoning that you presented at the end was great.
I completely agree that animals should not be slaughtered only to pamper our tastebuds but at the same time, the diet of a human being essentially depends on the type of his profession and the type of area and the time in which he is living. Putting Kshatriyas on a vegetarian diet, would not have favorable results.
More importantly, if you look at the bigger picture, consider the whole world's population. Would it be economically feasible to feed the whole world on a vegetarian diet? Imagine how the prices of vegetarian food in polar regions and the Sahara desert would skyrocket if the whole world turned vegetarian.
But finally, I would agree that killing an animal for our taste is wrong.

You can chant without initiation. But it will yield results faster when initiated and rules are followed.

I was born in a non vegetarian bihari family. But my mother was fond of animals, she used to feed stary dogs,cats and cows. I was the first in my family to become vegetarian. Shivguru made me vegetarian. He planted a seed of compassion when i was only 9yrs old( i accidently saw an explicit slaughterhouse video). And now i have also turned my mother and brother vegetarian.

@@adisuyash bcoz around 2.5 millions of years ago ,climate changed for us and we started hunting for food and the challenges we gone through is also a reason of human brain growth and vitamin b12 is another reason of good brain activity.our ancestors used to take a mixed diet of both plant based and meat .And you said about lion and tigers those species got separated from us before even homo sapian,and other human like species developed .I am not against Bali and also not the one who supports but I think our body is evolved in such a way that it needs both meat and veggies at a time .I know killing innocent animals are not good but for food and nutrition we can .for a better body response .it might affect spirituality ,but in tantra like kalika puran mother is told as balipriya idk after that it might be interpolated .sorry sir if you feel offended
I don't think our body needs meat. About B12, we can get it through milk and eggs. Meat is not necessary. Biologically speaking our jaw, teeth and intestine are not developed for meat digestion. Maybe hunting and going through challenges helped in our evolution, but it is not related to meat. It is related to facing challenges, and adapting to adverse situations. About bali-priya I have explained it in other comments.
