Noni is underrated and it pains me…. With last 5-6 games to end last season…. Our best attacking sequence came from the right side of our defense!! Noni(RW) Palmer(AM) and gusto RB!! That side was so electrifying…. Can say same for Left side of our attack
Noni is an incredible ball carrier and has a good finish in him but he is painfully selfish on the pitch. Maybe it is a mentality rather than ability thing but sometimes he just kills the attack when it isn necessary. Always takes a touch more than necessary. Olise is way ahead of him in that regard

If our sporting directors don't pay up to get Lima and he turns out to be a great player, I'm fine with it. Nobody is going to get every transfer right. You'd be doing great if you get 2/3rds of them right. GIven their track record (Palmer, Estevão, Paez, Santos, Madueke, etc.) I still back the sporting directors.
Only one or those has panned out in Palmer. Paez and Estevao haven’t played a game for Chelsea, Santos has only played a handful and been shipped off to Strasbourg. Madueke is patchy at best. Not exactly a great track record so far… Buying kids on potential is great until it doesn’t work out. Anybody remember Kerlon who signed for Inter Milan?

There are pros and cons in every strategy. It’s obvious that Lima would have to be exceptional to beat out James & Gusto (both of whom are also young). I’m not losing sleep over this ‘highjack’. Otherwise you win some (Paez, Estevao, Santos, Casadei, etc) and you will definitely lose some. No big deal as long as we win in the long run.

Look at what happened to Andrey Santos, not able ti make it to our first team, goes on loan to Nottingham Forest and was unnecessarily denied minutes. Now back from loan and doesn't get a work permit to in the UK. How do you expect this young talented Brazilians to accept Blueco with this potential talent wrecking rollercoaster?
The blueco strategy is in its early stages, so it stands to reason young talent is going to have doubts about the pathways available to them. It will take a bit of time for it to really get going, and like Nini said, if we start to pump up Strasbourg its going to be a way to accelerate the success of this multi club system.

We have good players, and I believe in order give Noni enough minutes, chelsea might want to start him on the left side since mudryk is not doing a good job for chelsea. Trust me we can all feature Noni on the left, Parma on number 10 position, Olise on the right (If we eventually sign him), Nkuku or Jackson as number 9. Also Nkuku can also play number 10 position, so as parma can also play left or right wing. We really have depth. Lets keep Gallagher and sale Lesley Ugochukwu. It makes the most sense.

Missing out on Pedro Lima is not a black mark against our recruitment team. He was being signed by BluCo for Straasburg. We already have Reece and Gusto on the right, so he was almost certainly being signed as a medium term starter for Straasburg. If Wolves want to out bid us and offer first team starts in the EPL, we honestly can't compete with that as he is not going to displace Reece or Gusto at Chelsea.. Let them have him. We'll find another RB for straasburg.
We are not asking 'too much' for Conner. I believed he is priced 'not to sale', so if he doesn't go, then great, lets keep him as a rotational player with Lavia and maybe Santos. Loan out or sell Ugachuka instead.
But in case we secure the likes of Olise and Gurassy, we are good to go. Nkunku is there, Olise, Noni Madueke and Cole Palmer plus Gurassy and Djuran.
