1:10:10 Big D is so right on here! I love buying anything audio. But it's just to mess around with. If I want to put something in and never worry about it again? I stick with the brands I trust. I also know they work as advertised. Any kind of gear can work for a bit. Its not often do they stand the long haul with some brands. Let alone summer time. And lets not forget all those issues with noise, and forget about service after the sale if you have any question, need a connector, manual etc. Glad Kicker is still the Kicker I love from the 90's. Nothing like having real die hard engineer in the wheelhouse. Great video, and loved seeing Big D Wiz on. The Intro to Motorsports was pretty cool! Keep livin it Loud!
Why don't Rockford Fosgate build a Big D Wiz edition Amplifier Big D always supports and advertisers their products I just think it's time for Fosgate to give Big D some special Thanks for all his love and support for the brand, who else on here agrees with me " Big D for the Win "

I ran a Kicker zr 240 on three 10” RF at 1.8 ohms. I currently am running two 10” Infinity subs in a sealed enclosure for a solid SQ. Each sub will take 450rms All amp Dynos show the 800.1 will push well over a 1000rms Or should I play it safe and just get the 1200.1?
@@KICKER-AUDIO thank you I went ahead and bought a 1200.1 and will adjust my gain with a multi meter. Should be around 30 vac. Better safe than sorry. Thank y’all
I would love to see a Limited Edition 8 channel Amplifier Build in the name of Alma Bates "Aka "Team Bates that can do around 1500-3500 watts Rms because Gates always went hard for Fosgate and there should be a amp that symbolizes her heart and commitment to Rockford Fosgate. Go all out for this amazing women " Team Gates " always 😊
Very surprised the cxa 1200 and cxa 1800 doesn't do rated at 13.8 volts 14.4 volts is hard to achieve I was under the belief these was rated power at 12.5 volts.
@@joshholden8561 my last build with 2 18s with a taramps HD 10k with a 280 iraggi, 6 Trojan group 31s, 2 runs of 1/0 welding wire I never saw below 13.8 clamping 6700 watts. It takes power to make power.

As a general statement, we recommend being within 20% RMS. Some go way higher, but it will depend a great deal on the enclosure, tuning, EQ, etc...

With that low of power its really easy to maintain 14.4 its called upgrading your electrical.

@@joshholden8561 well I had a cab 1600 wired to .5 ohms with a 200 amp alternator. 2 extra agms with 1 run of 0 Guage and I never went below 14.3

Naaaaah. Not a waste! In fact our loaded enclosures are almost all tuned in the low-mid 30's.
