For the fan motor to remove blade I always brush with steel brush and lube. Easiest way I found to use vise grips on bottom under blade and use channel locks to grab fan blade where screw comes out. Btw pb blaster is the shizznicks
I really dig your truck. Yeah those kind of nuts that hold the motor on I believe is a 7/16 and you just need a deep well socket. I keep one in my bag just for those nuts. Keep up the great work.

Easy trick I found for the conduit is to zip tie the ends of the wires of each motor together then pull the conduit over
