AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant is formulated to provide benefits beyond those provided by today's conventional antifreeze and coolant products. This revolutionary formulation provides maximum antifreeze and cooling protection in extreme temperatures and operating conditions. Unlike conventional ethylene glycol-based products, which are acutely toxic, AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant is formulated with propylene glycol. It is biodegradable and its low toxicity limits the threat to children, pets and wildlife.
Lasts Longer
AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant contains a proprietary polyorganic acid technology. It eliminates the need for supplemental coolant additives and recharging cooling systems. AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant provides extended service life in all gasoline and diesel vehicles. It can be used for seven years or 250,000 miles in passenger cars, light-duty trucks, vans and recreational vehicles and seven years or 750,000 miles in over-the-road diesel trucks. It is also good for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and closed marine applications.
Compatible With Other Fluids
AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant is dyed neutral yellow and is compatible with all ethylene and propylene antifreeze and coolant formulations on the market, including DEX-COOL®, Sierra® and Zerex®. It is also compatible with fully formulated diesel antifreezes and other organic acid technology (OAT) and hybrid organic acid technology (HOAT) formulations.
Helps Stop Leaks
AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant adheres to metal. It self-seals hairline cracks in welds and seams to help prevent leaks without additional stop-leak products or fibrous materials.
Helps Prevent Metallic Corrosion
Independent tests reveal AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant surpasses standards for metallic corrosion. It plates metal to provide protection, even when exposed to acids and salt spray. Standard allowances for loss in aluminum and solder are less than 60 mg. AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant lost 0 mg in aluminum and less than 6 mg in solder.
Standards for iron, steel, copper and brass allow a maximum loss of less than 20 mg. AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant never exceeded a 3 mg loss in any of those metals in a testing period that was run for 10 weeks, three weeks longer than required.

Me searching if propylene glycol is safe to vape and finding this 😂
In all my years selling AMSOIL and doing videos, your the FIRST person who wanted to vape one of our products! I don't recommend it, BTW. Thanks for commenting. Provided me with much-needed chuckle this evening.
Which glycol is used in freezjell or ice pads wich used in ice cream cycles to away ice cream from melting and what quantity with water?
thank you my friend. Is the concentration of propylene glycol in hot and cold areas 50/50, or does the concentration differ? Can it be used for copper radiators?
@@samsalem2793 This propylene glycol coolant can be mixed at any ratio, including 100% straight in extreme cold areas. No issues with copper.
@@Best-Synthetic-Oilscom Thank you very much. For submersible motors, what is the concentration of propylene glycol when the well water temperature is higher than 37°C and when it is lower than that?
... is there a website that shows the test that were conducted on this coolant?
Can this be used in a hydronic radiant floor heat system?
Don't know. What does the heating system call for in the Owner's or Service manual?
So if this coolant stick to metal why wouldn't it tick to the metal inside an egr cooler fins and clog it?
I just watched your video on powerstroke help, but I'm still confused. Can I use this product on my E 99 7.3?
Yes
@@Best-Synthetic-Oilscom Do you have a video on "poly organic coolant" ?? You mentioned it in that powerstroke video-- But I don't see a vid on your channel about the polly-organic...... any help would be awesome. (2002 7.3)
Thank you sir! Just the video I needed!
I am interested in the shelf life of the sealed bottle AMSOIL Propylene Glycol Antifreeze & Coolant (ANT). Regards, Lojzi.
AMSOIL allows unopened products to be sold for up to 2 years. After that point, they should be opened and tested.
Can I use in Asian cars
Yes.
Hello
Question: I'm about to change my coolant in my motorcycle and the manufacturer recommends ho-at ethylenglycol. Should I follow that to the letter or can I go with propylene instead ?
Stefan Harnesk This coolant can be used to replace a HOAT ethylene glycol coolant with great results. If you mix it with water, be sure to use distilled water for longest life.
Nice, thanks !
If I properly understand Your presentation, than at switch from 50/50 mix distilled water-ethylene glycol version to ANT/distilled water, we do a favor to the angine and the cooling system. In that situation, what is the proper percent of ANT concentration in that mix? Must in ANT-antifreeze distilled water to be added, or it can stay allone in cooling system, disregard the cost in this case? If not, what is the minimum share of the distilled wather in the ANT-coolant to get still proper cooling mix? Despite the very good quality of ANT, do You also recommended to ad the Dominator Coolant Boost? At the same time, if the Coolant Boost would be use with the ANT/distilled water antifreeze, will the add for every quart of coolant to get the best performance stay the same like at the 50/50 mix? With thanks and regards, Lojzi
You should mix the AMSOIL ANT Coolant product just like other concentrated coolant products. Normally that is a 50/50 mixture of coolant to distilled water, but you can change that ratio by following the chart on the back of the bottle. After you drain and flush out your old coolant, then add back the proper amount of AMSOIL ANT coolant concentrate first, and then start adding the distilled water until the system is full. This helps make sure you are getting the correct amount of coolant concentrate into the system.
is this product is the "almost same" of EVans coolant ?
just that you allow the mix of distilled water instead of Evans coolant using non water ..
thanks
andrew
@@andrewyek evans is waterless. this uses a mixture of water and the antifreeze/coolant wich does a much better job of cooling. however if you want to use a waterless coolant, buying ethylene glycol or propylene glycol at full strength and not mixing water in it will always be much more cost effective than buying evans.
Does this coolant work in a wankel engine application and or there any side effects to doing so?
Anthony Garcia-Lanzoni Thanks for your question. I've never been asked about Wankel engine cooling before, so I'm not exactly sure. But if the Wankel engine calls for a coolant using either Ethylene Glycol or Propylene Glycol, then AMSOIL ANT Coolant should work. What are you currently using in it?
Best-Synthetic-Oils.com I am currently using ethylene glycol coolant I just talked to a few guys in my city's rotary car club and it is highly suggested not to use anything aside from ethylene glycol coolant. Do you guys make a brand with just ethylene glycol?
Anthony Garcia-Lanzoni AMSOIL just released a new family of coolant products that includes an ethylene glycol version. Product name is Passenger Car & Light Truck Coolant (code ANTPC). Here is the link: www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/other-products/antifreeze/?zo=1302686
Interesting
Thanks man
