I think that discussing toilets is great, I've got Crohn's disease so toilets aren't taboo to me! I reckon the night shifts mess up your body and confuse it which could annoy your bowels. Always asl a doctor if worried though. I dismissed my concerns for a long time because i was denial that I could have yet another illness! ❤

My stomachs been a bit funny the last few days exactly what u said...wasnt sure if it was also the ivf meds im on with them changing/hormones etc OR whether i'd caught a bug, had covid about 3wks ago aswell so not much luck - nachos w jalapenos at cinema and kfc hot wings deffo dont help but defs not been normal 😣

Heyyy ❤ for them fruit flies fill a small cup up with some vinegar, bit of water & washing up liquid. Put tinfoil on top & poke loads of holes. They will go inside & get trapped.

The flies might not be fruit flies do you have house plants as flies come from them in warm weather caused by humidity causing mould growth near base . I cant remember name of them but they reproduce quick dont live long they are tiny very annoying you usually see loads of then around window sills . Barbers are taking mick on prices these days expensive when you having to pay over twenty pounds for a trim .
