My wife and I have been to Mexico twice recently. The word that I keep coming back to is "enviable". Their culture, their traditions, the food, the landscapes, the public life and spaces, of course the people, there's just a lot that is enviable. That are...better. It's gotten way up under my skin.
There are a few regions/states in Mexico where they make wine like valle de Guadalupe and all of them are really nice and the wines are really good! Mexican wine now is ranked among the top ones in the world. Valle de Guadalupe is awesome every vineyard has it own theme, there’s one for the younger crowd and is like a club, with DJS, wine, beer, dancing, etc..,
Went to VdG last month and stayed at that RV park. Owners are soooo helpful! Wifey loved the big bottle and we stayed one night. Very surreal. It was excellent.
You two give us more energy to travel into Mexico, and I usually see groups traveling together, my wife and I bought an RV for after retirement a I've been working on it And would like to go back to Baja California, Last time there was 2007-08.
Do it! You don't need to travel in groups to go to Mexico. But many prefer to. We like solo travel and there's plenty of wonderful people you'll meet along the way!
awesome to see you guys back in Mexico! I will have to start watching you guys regularly again. I have been here since July 2021. the lifestyle here is so vastly superior to Canada and the US! I wish I could afford to eat at fancy restaurants as much as you guys did in this video but I am on a strict budget of 250 pesos per day with sight exceptions for special occasions! its been months since I have had a beer or wine and dont really miss it... but it brings back a lot of fun memories watching you guys do taste testing.
We moved to La Paz and it’s living in heaven😃. The people were the draw for us to live here. Next time your here, give us a heads up, would love to meet you both☺️.
LOVED the video you two! We will definitely be checking out some of these spots when we pass through. Also, thanks for the blog post, we learned lots of extra tidbits from that. Hope to meet you on the road again one day!
I love your videos I’m from Michigan and I also commented on your Michigan videos you guys are awesome I’ve seen other videos of this region but yours are more crisp and beautiful thank you love to visit this area
PS - I love your engagement ring. It has a colored stone in the middle which is very UK :) They do that a lot in England :) I had a colored stone with my first husband b/c we were both born in July so we did a Ruby. What stone is it?
All the food you tried looked amazing! I didn't know there were wineries in Mexico, but that really makes sense! So interesting to learn about the history. Thanks for sharing all the beauty and fun!
You guys looked like you really enjoyed breakfast. Thought you guys might have been like a Hobit and gone for second breakfast because you were liking it so much. We think you guys are also in Baja because of the weather. It looks pretty good.
amazing place! i was there this past weekend. Best cuisine and landscapes. Chefs in restaurants are experts and the ingredients and flavors are unique. I recommend Cuatro Cuartos, Fauna restaurant and Finca Altozano. I'm sure there are plenty of more great places there, but i didn't get to try them. The place is more than wine, it has unique landscapes and flavors. Also after the wines go to Puerto Nuevo and have a fresh caught lobster
Hi guys I'm new in your channel and I have been with you in Guerrero Negro in that little boat having fun with the whale waching, amazing experience screaming a lot 😉, and my question is that if you guys are planning to post some of that beautiful trip to laguna ojo de liebre, where we experience such a great whale show 🙏😉
Yes! I'm sorry I was so noisy. Haha looking back at the footage I couldn't believe I was that loud. It was nice meeting you. It will come out next week 🙂
Hi this video is so helpful! I'm planning a trip in July and trying to plan getting to activities/dinners etc. Do you think it's possible to walk ~20 min from a hotel to restaurant safely? Thanks so much!!
Depends on where you're going and staying. Everything is mostly dirt roads. We didn't walk much there because it's not really well built for that. But anything is possible
We just ate there. Thank you, for your review. Be aware, the road is full of potholes. It's June 2023. The city officials have ignored this issue for years,, thus making it very Unsafe for tourists to drive due to others crossing into your lane, causing accidents. 🚧.... But we love it there. Just watch out for 🕳️...😮🤑🌀
Hello there how are you? I am brand new to the channel so forgive me for asking this since I'm sure you get a million people asking the same thing ... but how are you able to afford this lifestyle? I am just curious/jealous (curious y celosa as they say in Mexico) because you guys are literally living my dream. I always dream of doing this in either a van life sitch or an RV like yours. I thought about doing so when I retire or something so this is why I am asking about your sitch :)
Hi Sheri! So glad you found us and are enjoying our videos. Hope you can do this yourself one day. Here is how we make money eatseerv.com/how-we-make-money/
Interesting. Normally alcohol lowers blood sugar. I guess maybe it's in excess and 2 glasses would be too much for you? But yes every body is so different.
Non-American here, I’m trying to understand why the lady on the video often makes an intonation of a question at the end of her sentence even when it’s a statement or not a question. Is that a particular local region of the US where they speak like that and if so what part is it????
FYI: Hi, the road here is Okay, it's the main streets of the Valle that suck big time. With all these businesses here in the Valle you think they would chip in and fix the potholes, you are so cheap of business owners. Tourists be aware of dangerous highway here on the main road. LOTS OF POTHOLES AND potential for accidents. Speeders everywhere.

It's a different way of living. Some ways better some not. But it's easy to fall in love with
Nice video!
The oldest wineries in the new world, or the Americas are in Mexico. Some of them since the XVI century as "Casa Madero".
Cheers!

Yes it was a great spot. We've visited a few wineries near SMA and we're very impressed with everything we've tried!
@@EatSeeRV Querétaro is another good winery place.

Excellent. As always, a very fun video.
A little history, a little about the place, perfect.

AWESOME VIDEO!!!!!!! Can't wait to see more!!!
Thank you Andre!
I am jealous. Thinking of 2024. What about October/ November? Will get your guide for sure.
That'd be a great time to go! Valle does a food and wine festival in October.
I wanna go to NAPA but recently there were 3 back to back mass shootings in California, is it safe? is it worth the risk?
Love how your framing that for California instead of Mexico (for once). Haha! Live your life!

Being a diabetic how does all this wine affect your sugar level
If I drink 2 glasses my sugar jumps well over 250 my born is 87 to 120
Wine actually brings my BS down. What wine do you normally drink?
@@EatSeeRV if I drink any it's a red wine but not very often because of how it affects my ds
I guess everybody is different
