Who knew? I have put the clippers to my hair more than once. Alopecia runs on my family, too. That's why I went with locs. I wanted to preserve my hair as long as possible. Are you going to grow it out again or rock your bald fade? You are beautiful both ways

I went through the same thing.. for about 4 years. I discovered I was anemic, vitamin D & iron deficient. 4 years of this. Started taking Vit D & Iron. Hair grew back within a year

I never comment on videos but this one rings loud and clear for me as I to have been diagnosed with Areata ALOPECIA and suffer from the exact same symptoms!

I went to college at USM & lived in Hattiesburg for years before moving out of state. We used to love driving to NOLA❤️⚜️after church to spend Sunday afternoons in the French Qtr. Love those heels. In addition to the nasty 🤢car, did I see that the Uber driver had on a bonnet,too🤦🏾♀️? Those plants are beautiful.

If Uber doesn’t do so already,they really need to encourage a dress code because the condition of the car, the way a driver dresses and acts are a reflection of Uber. And a mandatory virtual customer service class would help. Overall my Uber experiences have been good but a couple of times, I was like 👀,really?

Thanks for your channel Angela, I have gotten many ideas from you including wearing sneakers with dresses! LOVE IT. I have gone through what you're going through but I didn't use any hormone therapy. I was surprised to hear that you still get flashes even when taking it. What I did and what worked for me was becoming a vegetarian, eating waaayyy more vegetables than I used to and cutting sugar severely. Something to consider as sugar is NOT our friend. I am 55 and I understand. I am natural. I have cut my hair off, too, before by choice. But about 7 yrs ago, I ended up cutting off because of a lot of shedding in my crown. Then I did it again during the pandemic in order to go grey gracefully it has grown back, and the grey is beautiful, and I love it. Do what is best for you.
Thank you for this… my hair has always been thin. As I get older 61 it’s thinning even more. I my head gets so hot in a wig. I’m thinking when the times comes I’ll just wear my hair super short and super thin. I love your style and confidence ❤
