  • Toro Grand Stand On Hills - How Good Is It?
I have always felt really safe on the Toro Grand Stand, it feels very stable on hills and I feel comfortable going up and down most hills.
I even go up steep hills, but I would highly suggest not going straight down steep hills, on any mower or zero turn.
The actions I take in my videos are done under safe conditions - Please do not attempt if you are unable to handle or feel secure in the mower of choice that you are using.

These units do not come with fenders or mud flaps. I actually just now googled it I could not find one that had fenders or a mud flap. But thanks for noticing! (Wink) lol

Hey Frank! Just curious, did the 48" Toro GrandStand come with any tire fenders? 🤔 They would help prevent material/things from flying up at you &/or someone else...even property. Just my opinion. 😉😉

This is how the unit was purchased. No fenders. Things can not fly around to much since I do not mow very fast. Also there not usually anyone around for me to hit, although I believe that’s 10 points if you do haha

@@MyGreenLawn2019 Never say never! There's always a first time something could happen! Safety first! I like the old saying about: "An ounce of prevention is worth it's weight in gold!"

@@dmanburns3705 I would agree but I would have to add aftermarket stuff if they make something. My brand new Z Master Series 5000 does not have any either. Looking on line I can not find a pro toro mower that does. Anyways. True true I just can’t imagine anything doing damage coming off a tire going 2 miles an hour. I think it’s all good. But I agree safety first. I would be more concerned about an article of clothing or body part getting some where in there. Oh well been running this for years lol

On the steeper hills do you ever have any stalling issues ? Nice machine !
