Thanks. I don’t want to work hard also. Relax, flowing, easy, fun sounds so much better.
Trusting more sounds so good..instead of all the time visualising Maybe good is just often in a day relax nervous system. Many are so tight and stressed that don’t even take breathing pauses.

Now I live by a mix of his teachings and Michael Singer and life has never been better...and getting better every day!
